Candidates registered for the B.Tech. programme in NITK who have withdrawn their admission before the stipulated period may be entitled to receive back only the caution deposit that was submitted to the Institute. Any other fee will not be refundable to such candidates.

Candidates who discontinue the course after its commencement will not be entitled to receive back any amount. Also, candidates were supposed to report to NITK campus on the dates fixed through DASA counselling process. Not doing so will automatically disqualify the candidates from seeking a refund of their fees.

It is to be noted that the stipulated period of withdrawal is over. Hence, no further withdrawals or fee refunds will be entertained.
