Visit first, then choose.
Placements: Hi, I’m a student of B.Tech IT branch, 2028 batch. In my college, almost 50% of students get placed through campus placements. The highest package is 51 LPA. The top recruiting companies in my college are Capgemini, Salesforce, TCS, and many other mass recruiting companies. Most students get internships in the final year of college. I do not have clear data about internships.
Infrastructure: In my department, Wi-Fi is always available in the practical classrooms. The library is also good. I am not in the college hostel because it is costly and due to low college life quality. I chose PG near the college, but some friends say it is good. The college building should be repaired.
Faculty: NIET is a self-autonomous college. That is why students score more CGPA compared to other colleges. The course curriculum is relevant here. You do not need to study many unwanted topics. The semester exam level is always average. If you study one week before the exam, you can secure a good CGPA.
Other: I chose this course because if you ask any engineering student their department, 90 percent say CSE, and I did not like that, so I chose this. College infrastructure must be improved. There is no AC in proper classrooms.

Strong placements and modern autonomous curriculum, balanced by strict attendance rules.
Placements: At NIET, ~85-90% of CSE/teach students get placed. The highest package is 44-58 LPA, the average is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 3.5-4 LPA. Top recruiters include Microsoft, Amazon, and TCS. Around 70% get internships at firms like Wipro and Coforge as Software Engineers or Data Analysts.
Infrastructure: In NIET's CSE department, smart classrooms have projectors/digital boards, labs have modern PCs with high-speed Wi-Fi, and the 24/7 library is massive. Hostels offer neat AC/Non-AC rooms. Mess food is hygienic but repetitive; canteens are vibrant. The campus has 24/7 medical aid and top sports grounds/gyms.
Faculty: NIET's autonomous curriculum is highly relevant, adding AI, cybersecurity, and Design Thinking. Teachers are qualified and supportive, though teaching styles vary. Semester exams are moderately difficult if you study regularly. The pass rate is 80-90%.
Other: CSE at NIET offers top placements and an autonomous syllabus with AI & Design Thinking. However, strict 75% attendance and exam paperwork can feel restrictive. Campus has great metro connectivity, vibrant fests, and diverse student clubs.

The college offers good placements and faculty.
Placements: Around 70% of students got placed. The highest package was 54 LPA, the lowest package was 3 LPA, and the average package was 5 LPA. Companies like Alstom, Qualcomm, Visa, Capgemini, and Cognizant recruited students. Around 80% of students got internships in companies like Tata, Aquasub, Amara Raja, Cognizant, and Capgemini.
Infrastructure: In our college, Wi-Fi availability was good. Labs were very good, and classrooms were spacious, neat, and clean. The library was one of the most admired places on campus. The hostel quality was good, but the food was average though hygienic. Medical facilities were not available. Sports facilities were available and quite good.
Faculty: Faculty was very helpful. Most of them had Ph.D. qualifications in their respective domains. The course curriculum was relevant. It make students industry-ready. As our batch was under JNTUH, the semester exams were difficult, but future batches became autonomous.

5.0Placements4.0Infrastructure5.0Faculty3.0Crowd & Campus Life4.0Value for Money
College is good, but the campus is not that good.
Placements: About 80-85 percent of students get placed. Companies like TCS recruit students for VLSI. This is a new branch at our college, so our batch is only the second batch of VLSI. The first batch is currently in their second year. I cannot say exactly how many students got placed. But overall, the college is good, and you can go for it.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not that much, but it is good. Gaming facilities are available. Sports like football, basketball, and cricket are regularly played. There is a canteen, and medical facilities are also available. A doctor is present 24/7 at the college. However, if you want to leave the campus, you have to get permission from the dean.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive and helpful. Examinations are moderate. The passing criteria are 30 marks out of 100 for the internal assessment. For external exams, there are no major issues if you study. My semester exams are going well and are fairly easy.
Other: The college is situated in the NCR area. Campus life is good with active events and fests.

No campus life, and there is no canteen infrastructure.
Placements: I study in NIET, and the placement percentage here is around 75 percent, and it can only be lower than this, but not above. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Capgemini, TCS, etc. The top roles offered in my course are for software engineers, as I am from the Computer Science branch.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is very bad, but they are improving it now. They are adding a new building for students, and they are changing the front door of the door that leads to the A block. There is a pharmacy wing also inside the campus. The playing area and the court are very small.
Faculty: The curriculum is very strict, they require you to complete 75 percent. They try to keep the curriculum related to courses like the foundation of cloud computing and the database management system. The semester exams are moderately difficult. There are three sessionals in each semester, which are very important for internal marks.
Other: I chose this course of B.Tech so that I could explore technology, as this period is evolving in the context of technology every second. The freedom to do extracurricular activities apart from the course would be the thing that I want additionally.

The college is good enough. I am overall satisfied with it.
Placements: Placements are average. In Greater Noida, it is the best, and the second best is GL Bajaj. The highest package offered is around 44 LPA (in 2025). The average package offered ranges from 5-6 LPA. Companies like Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, Microsoft, etc., hire students. It has a 70-80% placement rate.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are okay. Labs are great with AC and good computers. Wi-Fi facility is available there. The library is available. For the first-year students, it's not well-maintained, or I should say it is not for studying. Only books are placed there. For the first-year students, the hostel is great. The food is good too, compared to other off-campus hostels.
Faculty: The best part is we do not have to study subjects like Chemistry, drawing, etc. Rather, subjects are more. The course curriculum is new and industry-oriented. Some of them are mathematics, physics, digital electronics, design thinking, CAD, web designing, C programming, DSA, innovation and entrepreneurship, fundamentals of AI, prompt engineering, English communication, foreign language (German, French, Japanese, etc). Exams are also not too difficult, and mostly what is taught is covered in workbooks, class notes, etc., which are good enough.
