Placements: 95% of our batch students got placed in various sectors like Core Engineering, IT, and Marketing. I have got placed in an IT company. The top companies like CTS, Wipro, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Microsoft, TataElxsi, TVS have come for placements.
Infrastructure: The faculty members are highly talented and labs are of high technology instruments and machinery. The hostel is the best one accounting whole PSG tech life. It has a variety of sports arena facilities each in a separate place. You will have quick access to PSG hospitals. In case of emergency, medications are needed.
Faculty: Exams are quite tough but once you study along with day to day curriculum you can score good marks. The internal exams and attendance are the important factors that decides the particular semester results. I have done my B.E in sandwich course which is especially a five years course where you will have a separate subject for experiencing direct industrial training for 2 hours a day throughout the course time.

Placements: In the current year, all placement activities happened online only. More than 60% of the students got placed in various companies like core and IT. The salary package offered in core companies varies from 3 LPA to 8 LPA, and in IT companies, the salary package offered varies from 10 LPA to 18 LPA.
Infrastructure: The current academic is the online mode. Still, we can access our college library online. Many events are going on in online mode. Infrastructure is also one of the major plus points of the college. Though the decorative interiors and fashionable cafeterias can't be found in abundance, the infrastructures of the classes, Library, laboratories, and halls are at the state-of-the-art level. They provide the students with top-class comforting study space. Sports is one of the majorly concentrated areas and spacious playgrounds and quality equipment are provided for all games.
Faculty: All the faculty members are well-educated, and most of them have completed their Ph.D. I am in the mechanical engineering sandwich department, and I get an industrial training class every week in offline mode. We have industrial training classes daily, which makes students industry-ready. In our department, we have compulsory internships arranged by our college. We also practice in our PSG own industry during our industrial training classes.
Other: Course needs to have more syllabus from GATE. I have chosen the course based on the suggestion of my father. Coursework will help if you want to do MS abroad. There are a vast number of clubs which can make you a better personality.

Placements: Above 70% of the students got placed in our college. The highest, lowest, and average salary package offered are 15 LPA, 3.5 LPA, and 6 LPA, Top recruiting companies are Mercedes Benz, Volvo Mahindra and Mahindra, Wipro, Qualcomm.
Infrastructure: Teachers here are well talented and they share information with students. They provide Wi-Fi facilities free of cost, and we have two canteens available. Many sports and games are available, and we also have gym facilities. The pass percentage is above 80%.
Faculty: Faculty members are well trained and they share good information with students. This industry is called a stress buster for students. The pass percentage is above 80%.

Review of PSG College of Technology - PSGCT.
Placements: Around 60% of the students got placed. It depends upon the individual's talent. IT students are offered higher packages than the core students. CAT Bajaj, TVs, Alstom and MRF companies visited the college. I don't know exactly, but lots of opportunities are there for production students. Roles offered are in design, inspection, production and operations management, supply chain management.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available for all the students, and the speed is good. The college has well-calibrated equipment in the laboratories. We have smart classrooms with powerpoint presentation facilities. We have plenty of books in our library, and if we need any particular book, we can request them to make it available.
Faculty: Almost all the teachers are doctorate holders, and some are professors with good industrial knowledge. Some have good industry experience. Teaching quality is good. The curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because I aim to become a mechanical engineer, but I did not have enough cut-off marks, so I have chosen production. Campus placement opportunities can be improved.

It has good infrastructure and a better environment.
Placements: About 40% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting company of our college is Bosch. Around 50% of the students got internships in companies like TheMathCompany, TCS and Citibank. The top role offered is a production engineer. It has good experience in the course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is awesome in our department. Classrooms, lab facilities and library are open to every individual. It is easy to access those things. The quality of the food served here is good and well in the canteen and hostel. Medical facilities are also good.
Faculty: Teaching quality is slightly varies with the staff member to staff member. Some are well knowledgeable in their subjects, and some are not that knowledgeable. This course is relevant to our course curriculum, and it makes us ready for experiencing the outside world. Internships and training helped us a lot.
Other: I have chosen this course as an optional, as I am preparing for MBBS during my tenure, and this course has a good scope compared to other courses. The best thing about the course is the gaining of industrial experience. I wish the quality of the question paper pattern has to be improved. It is quite difficult for students to score.

Our college has good placements, knowledgeable faculty members and good infrastructure.
Placements: As of Decembers 2020, only 2% of the students got placed in core companies, while about 10% of the students got placed in the IT sector. In our course, the highest salary package offered was 13 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA and the average salary package offered was around 9 LPA. Top recruiters for our course include Alstom from the core background and Citi Bank from the IT. As a part of the course, every student should attend a three-month internship, and companies which offered internships were Isuzu, DRDO, Ford, etc. Top roles offered here include senior data analyst, software developer and supply chain manager.
Infrastructure: Facilities available here include good laboratories which can be used at any time and even beyond class hours. Free Wi-Fi facility is provided to all students on request, and classrooms are well-lit to enable students to highly focus on the lecture hours. Apart from these, the college also provides free access to software to all students along with TEQIP refunds. The hostel is up to the mark in quality aspect of the facilities which are required, which include food, sports facilities and medical facilities. The hostel also helps students to learn the reality of living alone and with the group.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified here, and they are the most eligible to teach a particular subject in which they are specialised. Every teacher is knowledgeable, but some of them failed to share all the skills they possess. The course curriculum is designed in such a way that students are made ready to join different jobs in the industry, either core or IT field.
Other: The reason for me to select production engineering is jobs of different streams in industries can be obtained. The specialisation in sandwich gives real-time industry exposure, which helps students to have knowledge of the exact industrial scenario. Moreover, the compulsory internship would make this course a five-star rated course. The campus is crowded all the time as various events are conducted every day in the academic year. A lot of scholarships are provided, which help students to improve their knowledge.

Production engineering. In PSGCT.
Placements: Around 35-40 students of my batch got placed in various IT sectors and in those 40 around 5-8 got into core sectors. Top recruiters were CTZ, TCS, TATA, etc. Top role offered in the course was GET only. But you get lot of exposure and stuff from it.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was available inside hostel at minimum speed only. Classroom and library was fully equipped. Library was especially useful for us since it had all the source materials for all subjects of our courses. Hostel's North Indian mess was very good. The south mess had good food on selective days only.
Faculty: All course curriculum were relevant. But in order to survive there you have to be at your best level in gaining knowledge. Performance depends on you. But the hardships faced there prepared Us for the outer reality world. So I would say it is good.

Review of PSG College of Technology - PSGCT.
Placements: Around 40% of the students got placed in our batch. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA, by Bajaj. Top companies like Bajaj, Alstom, Caterpillar, and TVS hire students from this course. But when compared to mechanical, the number of companies opening for productions is very minimum.
Infrastructure: Our department has well-equipped facilities but our staff makes simple things into big issues and we had a hectic schedule during our course period. As the hostel locates at the main place of city transport facilities are available round the clock. Food initially served tasted good but it gets boring as days pass on. Chicken is served weekly thrice. For sports and games, we have cricket, badminton, volleyball, tennis, basketball, etc. Courts are also available. Hostels are like home.
Faculty: Faculty members in our department have good industrial exposure but most of the experienced teachers will take classes for the production of regular students. During our course period, some of the most important and difficult subjects were taught by inexperienced teachers who were new to that course.
Other: I opted for this course because I did not get a seat in mechanical. We have various club activities which help to improve communication and interpersonal skills.

Nearly 51 out of 65 students from latest batch got placed, and the rest opt for higher studies. The highest salary package offered was INR. 30 LPA, and it is offered to a student of CSE department. The lowest salary package for the students of Mechanical, automobile, production departments was INR.

For Government Aided seats, the tuition fee is about Rs. 21,000 for general category, while for self-supporting seats this is about Rs. 58,000.
