PSGCT BSc Coimbatore Eligibility & Highlights 2025
BSc at PSGCT Coimbatore is a three-year UG-level programme spread across two specialisations for students to choose from. Apart from these, PSGCT also offers a five-year Integrated MSc programme for students willing to pursue a PG-integrated course. Specialisations offered under the integrated courses are Software Systems, Applied Mathematics, Theoretical Computer Science, Data Science, Cyber Security, Fashion Design, and Merchandising.
Admissions to PSGCT BSc and Integrated MSc courses are made based on marks obtained in Class 12 and Class 12+entrance scores, respectively. Read on to learn more about the eligibility criteria.
Eligibility: To be eligible to apply for PSGCT Coimbatore BSc courses, a candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary examination (Class 12) with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as the subjects. Moreover, for Integrated MSc courses admission, students will be required to take an additional entrance test conducted by the college.

Yes, in order to get into the Integrated MSc courses at PSGCT, a student is required to take an entrance examination conducted by the PSGCT. The applicants are shortlisted for the entrance exam based on marks obtained in Class 12. Shortlisted students ar then called for an entrance test at the College campus. The duration of the examination is one hour. It connsists of Multiple Choice Questions from Mathematics at the Higher Secondary Level.
