This college can satisfy the dream and also higher placement jobs.

Placements: As per last year, now this branch has recorded a placement rate of 96% placement and all in the top-notch companies, including the IT sector. Also, it's best for M.Tech, as it also sends its students to other countries, where Taiwan is the most famous. The roles also given are the ground manager, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the course is one of the best and one of the important courses and the hostel is also good, and it also has a food court and cafeteria. The hospital is near the hostel, and it also has a ground connected to the hostel to play. Also, the college supports the physical growth of students.

Faculty: The teachers of this college are highly qualified and also have a Ph.D. in literature, and the faculty have teaching experience of more than 8-10 years. The course curriculum is relevant, and makes students industry-ready through their knowledge and efforts, and the support of the college faculty.

Other: I chose electric engineering because it has a growing demand in the market, and also by taking this course. I have an open option to go to the government sector also, so I guess this is very helpful to me. This college conducts events and programs every week by taking a guest lecture from alumni or an industry expert.

Good placements in 2025 with 96% batch placed in electricals.

Placements: Electrical engineering received the highest number of job offers among the branches. The highest salary package offered was 7.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Profiles offered to EE students include Embedded Systems Engineer, Hardware Design / VLSI Engineer, Firmware Developer, Research & Development Associate, and Systems Engineer (R&D/ R&D/Tech-focused roles). The average salary package offered was 4 LPA to 5 LPA for most students. Electrical branches are likely similar or slightly lower. Campus recruiters include TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, Capgemini, KPIT, Bosch, Continental Automotive, and others.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, but some of the classrooms are poorly maintained, i.e., lights don't work and the fans are damaged. Computers don't work and lag too much. Cafeteria of the college is good, food quality is good, but expensive. There is not enough playground for students.

Faculty: Exams are described as moderately easy, largely due to detailed study materials, important-question guidance, and preparation leaves.

Other: I chose Electrical Engineering because I have always been fascinated by how machines, circuits, and power systems work. I wanted a branch that balanced theory and practicals, and gave me diverse career options from core industries to software roles. JSPM RSCOE, being an autonomous institute with decent placement records and solid infrastructure, was a good fit for me.

Value for money college.

Placements: Our college has a very good placement record, with about 90% of our students placed from the college, and the companies are highly recruiting. The roles offered are based on the course, such as CS branch roles, as data analyst, data science course, etc. The highest package is of 1 crore per annum recently from the mechanical branch.

Infrastructure: The facilities of our branch are very well-maintained, and a very nice canteen is also available. The hostel is also well-maintained, and good hygiene of food is maintained in the hostel mess. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and water facilities are also available.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful overall, they help with studies, exams, mid-sems, etc. They teach extracurricular subjects too. The course is very mannered in a way that it makes the students industry-ready for the future. The exams are mid to difficult level, not so hard.

Good labs and solid choice for electrical engineering at RSCOE Tathwade.

Placements: The amount of students placed in the 2025 current year of placement is 90%-95%. Students from all branches such as CS it, electrical. Mechanical students are placed in their respective companies. The top recruiting companies for the electrical field are Bosch, Cummins, Volkswagen, force motors, etc.

Infrastructure: There are well-equipped labs which are dedicated labs that include basic electrical systems that also help in projects. Use of modern technology such as smart TVs, LCD, and ICT-enabled classrooms for better teaching. The department also offers excellent academic infrastructure, labs, etc.

Faculty: Most faculty members hold M.Tech or Ph.D. degree from reputed college and institutions that have more than 10 years of teaching and industry experience. They are very cooperative and also help us prepare for industry as well as exams like GATE. College also takes mini projects and final year projects internships and industry exposure.

It can satisfy your dreams because of the best faculty and also it contains a good placement ratio.

Placements: On average, 80% of students get placed. The highest package is 1 crore for an internship, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Companies like BHEL and Mahavitran, etc., recruit from our college. Around 70%–80% of students get internships. The top roles are government jobs such as in Mahavitran and BHEL. Some students also get the best internships in the third year.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is always well-maintained with high-speed Wi-Fi facility. There are also two separate areas for food, the cafeteria and the food court, allowing the crowd to be divided and managed well.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified with doctorate degrees. Exams are quite compatible with the syllabus. It also depends on the university paper, as sometimes papers are hard and sometimes easy. It also helps students read and gain practical knowledge about the industry. There are best faculty members for providing knowledge. Faculty members are very supportive and friendly in every aspect.

Other: This course helps me gain knowledge of the core subjects, as my dream is to set up a business. It provides all the required knowledge about materials and other essentials. Every week, some event or the other is held in the college so that students can also be engaged in external activities.

It's a value-for-money college.

Placements: For the 2023-2024 placements, approximately 100% of students secured positions, with the highest package around 12 LPA and the college average at 3-4 LPA. Though overall packages vary by branch and company, with top recruiters including Cognizant, TCS, and Eaton.

Infrastructure: College is vast, and the construction is top-notch. The college has a big library at the start in which you will get all types of books and a place to study. There are also cabins in which you can work on your group projects or your startup, etc. Everything is computerized from entrance to exit. Also, the college has different buildings for different branches.

Faculty: Course curriculum is very well established, as it's an autonomous college. Therefore, the teaching is tailored to what's best needed for engineering students. The teachers here are well-studied and also very well-trained in their subjects. The faculty is also very friendly; they will help you even with your personal problems, making it a win-win situation.

B.TECh in JSPM RSCOE in 2025.

Placements: The intake of the electrical branch in JSPM RSCOE is 60 students, and the college provides placement cells to every department, which are very active and constantly provide us with the best opportunities by considering the current situation in mind and providing internships to almost all the students. The separate placement cells help us to differentiate between core and IT companies. The average placement of this branch is 3–4 LPA, and the highest package is 10 LPA. The mass recruiter is TCS.

Infrastructure: The college lags because of its campus size. The college provides top-class facilities, but after going, it feels the campus size is too small and has to compromise in various aspects. It also does not focus on sports and does not have proper infrastructure for sports. The college also provides hostel facilities for a minimal amount of $40,000 per year, excluding the mess. The rooms are shared by three, and the experience is good. There are a number of food options due to its newly constructed cafeteria and food court. During the span of one year, the college upgraded its labs and infrastructure, like Mac labs, robotics, and gym.

Faculty: The college is autonomously affiliated with Savitri Bai Phule University due to its autonomy syllabus. The exams taken are pretty much easier compared to other universities, and the faculty is very supportive. The advantage of the autonomy syllabus is that it focuses on students to make them industry-ready. As there is a rise in the EV industry, the faculty focuses on students to become familiar with the industry with its EV labs and other labs provided by the college.

Other: The cut-off for the Electrical branch is lower compared to other branches in JSPM RSCOE, like CS IT, and its admission through MSCET and JEE is also lower. As a government-aided college, it provides a number of scholarships for classified categories, which result in relaxation.

You can take admission in our college .

Placements: In mechanical engineering, above 75 percent of students got placed on campus and the highest package offered was 15 LPA and the lowest package was 3 LPA. The average package offered was 5–6 LPA. The top recruitment companies are Mahindra, Tata Motors, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not so good but it is acceptable. For mechanical engineering, they provided separate building Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus labs. Classrooms are so good. Hostel food is limited and it is not so good.

Faculty: The faculty of our college is so good; they are available at any time for us and help us in every doubt. Teachers are well qualified. The college is autonomous; that's why they design there own course; that's why that is very relevant from an industry point of view. The semester is not so hard but you have to study for it.

In order to get admission for any engineering degree it is mandatory to have at least 60% in 10th and 12th std. But as you are saying that you wish to enrol in electrical or aueronautical engineering then please make sure that you have 60% in PCM subjects then only the student is eligible for engine
