My college is my second home.

Placements: There are no placements held at our college. But the students at our college will get very high-profile jobs in the future. Because our college makes the students like that. Specially the students of the statistics department of our college get very high-profile jobs in the future, at least 1 lac per month.

Infrastructure: The facilities and the infrastructure in our department are very good. There are more than 50,000 books in our college library. The quality of the food in our hostel is quite decent. In the canteen and in the mess, food is always available. Wi-Fi is available in our college.

Faculty: The teachers are all very well educated and student-friendly. The semester exams are either so difficult or so easy. This course's curriculum is very relevant. And it makes the students industry-ready. The pass mark in the exams is 40%. The teaching quality of our teachers is very good.

Other: My present course is very famous in our college. Every eligible student can get their respective scholarships.

R. K. M. R. C : Our 2nd Home.

Placements: There is no placement cell in our college. However, the Statistics department professors do provide multiple opportunities to the students. The alumni of this institute are helpful and assist the graduates in every possible way. Mostly, students go to IITs and ISI after graduating.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well-lit. Mostly, old-school blackboards are used for teaching, but digital facilities are also available. The hostel rooms are also wonderful and spacious, but the only downside is the mess food, which is of poor quality.

Faculty: The teachers are extremely friendly and helpful, perhaps because most of them are ex-students of this renowned institute. After that, most pursued their Masters at ISI. They are very friendly, and their lectures are easy to understand. The course curriculum is similar to that of CU, but some extra things are taught to build students' skills. The semester exams are easy to pass if the notes are followed well.

Other: I chose the course because I wanted to pursue a career in Statistics. The course is well-structured, and I wouldn't change anything about it. There are no college-wide fests, except for the departmental fests. Our department hosts INFERENCIA. Campus life is enriched by sports.

Good college with good studies.

Placements: Placement is poor. The college offers regular courses without any placement. But the syllabus is practical-oriented. We attend several seminars, workshops and practical trainings organized by our college. This helps you get good jobs after graduation.

Infrastructure: Our college campus is Wi-Fi-covered. The classrooms are good and the library has a huge collection of books. Hostels have spacious rooms, clean washrooms, a separate library and 24/7 strict security. The food is nutrient-rich, of good quality and delicious.

Faculty: Our syllabus is a mix of theory and practical topics. The teachers are very helpful. They will explain a topic a number of times until you understand it fully. We have semester-based exams, which are moderately difficult but make us industry-ready.

Other: Good campus life. Studying is enjoyable with good friends and friendly, compassionate teachers.

Best college to be in. Nice environment.

Placements: In the last year 2022 and in 2023 approximately 40% of students got direct placements in non technical jobs, 40% of students have got internships and 20% of students are focusing on their higher studies. According to the placement cell this year they will help us to get jobs in off campus mode. For this they have started demo interviews. But, for a better job and job security, you have to do higher studies.

Infrastructure: College takes 3800 per month which includes all the educational feels, hostel feels, food, Wi-Fi, and purified water. College provides stuff to clean the rooms, washrooms, etc. Campus is very natural. Very silent place. Do not think to bunk your classes without any reason otherwise your parents will be called and they will punish you.

Faculty: As the hostel is mandatory for all, our teachers play the role of our local guardian. They will monitor your behaviour and mental health. They will assign mentors for each section. If you are a good student in the class and your performance is good then they will help you to upskill yourself. Exams are hard to clear but sometimes easy. The pass percentage is approximately. 80-90%.

Other: We enjoy the events like teachers' day, freshers, etc.

Good infrastructure, well trained teachers and follow the ideal Swami Vivekananda .

Placements: According to my knowledge there is no much placement offered in my college. As with the B.Sc. degree you will not be able to get a very high class and good job. So, very less placement. Only few students get placed of Statistics and computer Science department and very less LPA. Near about 3-4LPA.

Infrastructure: My course is designed in an excellent way. If you are obedient with the classes and lectures then surely you will be able to crack any competitive exams. Their is a big library which provides us all the good and demanded books and e classroom is also available. And about hostel its like normal hostel everything is same near about but the food quality is not like home food but you will get lot of variety of food and non veg foods with so many sweet also. I don't think like this food is served anywhere all over in Kolkata.

Faculty: All the teachers here are well qualified jam and isi qualified they are always helpful in all way they can. And approachable anytime they are kindhearted and tries there best to explain you what they know and more over extra too. The course curriculum is fantastic and designed in a way that with this you can easily crack any competitive exams. You can easily check it from the jam results most of the children crack jam and isi with this course structure from here only without any extra coaching. The semester exams are quite difficult as it's an autonomous college. So, it has it's different model of conducting the exams. 34% is the pass percentage for the safe side.

It has excellent faculty members, good infrastructure, facilities, and a beautiful campus.

Placements: In the previous batch, 1 student applied and got placed in PWC. Most of the students do not apply for placements directly after completing B.Sc., rather they prepare for entrance examinations conducted by ISI, TIFR, CMI, etc., and numerous students get selected in these reputed institutions for their higher studies.

Infrastructure: An E-library is available in our college, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and all the latest computers. The hostel infrastructure is excellent and includes a gymnasium, swimming pool, and all other sports facilities. The mess food is hygienic and excellent. Medical facilities are available.

Faculty: Faculty members for the statistics department in NDP are the best in West Bengal. Teachers are highly qualified, super friendly, and have enormous experience in their respective areas. The course curriculum is strategically designed to provide in-depth knowledge on all the important topics and help us prepare for competitive exams.

It's the best place to study all over Kolkata along with experiencing hostel life.

Placements: As it's a graduate college, it provides very few placement opportunities. A few years ago, a lot of campus placements used to be conducted. But now it's a bit less as the college provides very few master programmes. There are average placements. Many companies visit here to hire students. The average salary package offered is around 3 LPA-4 LPA. I think about 80% of PG students get placements.

Infrastructure: Our college has a top-class infrastructure with E-library and swimming pool on the campus. There are medical facilities and a canteen, and all types of sports are played. Many annual sports days are also organised by the college. There are also facilities which students need, and the campus is huge. It has its own perks and disadvantages. The advantage is you have a lot of open space, and it's lush green.

Faculty: There are the best teachers in Kolkata in this field of statistics. I have learned much in my classes. Teachers conduct classes at just the right pace, so you feel challenged but not overwhelmed. In many other classes, you just read from a textbook, but in classes of teachers of this course, they ask questions and get students to respond, which is both fun and promotes faster learning. Teachers are patient and eager to help. I am thrilled to attend their classes.

Other: RKMRC is well known for its department of statistics.
