I am satisfied with this college, but hostel food must improve.
Placements: Around 80% of students got placed in good companies like Intel, KPIT, NXP Semiconductors, Infosys, etc. The highest salary package offered was around 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. Almost 70% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure and facilities were very good. It provides a huge library, and the hostel environment was good. The food served in the hostel was not up to mark.
Faculty: Teachers were very kind and helpful, and they were strict in case of work. The syllabus was never delayed. The teaching was also good. Classes were flexible and provided opportunities to learn on off days as well, teachers were kind to explain topics for a second time if students had doubts.

If your aim is getting a degree from NIT, then it's a good college.
Placements: Campus placements of SVNIT are good. In the M.Tech, most of the companies offer internships followed by the performance-based placements. The salary package offered is average. Core companies do not visit the campus for placements of communication branch. However, for other branches like VLSI, placements are up to the mark. In the case of the communication branch, Marwell Pvt Ltd is the only company to visit the campus most of the time.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. New buildings are available for all the departments. Hostels for girls and boys are also on the campus only. Laboratories are also spacious. The central library is also very good. Sports facility like badminton court and gym are available here.
Faculty: Rating for course and faculty in the M.Tech is average. Most of the syllabus is repeated if your B.Tech is from a good college. We have to do self-study most of the times, and it is obvious at M.Tech level. But here our doubts are not cleared satisfactorily.
Other: Events and fest are held in the college.
