It is a really very good college. Also, Shivaji College's NIRF ranking is 49.
Placements: However, my course is B.A. in History (Honors), so students and my seniors are the majority preparing for the CSE examination. But in other courses, students are getting good placements also in our college, and there are intern societies. Our college offers B.A. programme and Hons in Political Science, History, Economics, Sociology, as well as B.Com programme and B.Com (Hons), and a variety of B.Sc. courses, which have a very good placement in recent years.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is too good and huge. However, our college sports complex is separate from our college because there is a road. Our infrastructure is much better than some of the south campus colleges, including greenery. Also, our college has two sets of buildings, one is the old building and the other is the new one. Generally, B.A. classes are taken in the old building, and B.Com and B.Sc. courses are taken in the new building. But the most beautiful aspect of our college is its auditorium and library. Our college has a library of 3 floors with thousands of books and 5 auditoriums.
Faculty: Teachers and seniors are really helpful and encouraging, and also supportive. They always help with exam notes and assessments. Exams are not so difficult, but they differ depending on the student's capability. Also, our teachers are very supportive in helping us with the materials for the exam and assignment, which helps us a lot. Thus, Shivaji has a very good faculty, curriculum, and exam structure.
Other: Our college is off campus, but I didn't feel so, because it is much better than some south campus colleges, and our college is not connected with any other college, but the nearest college from Shivaji College is Rajdhani College. The crowd is too good here also a variety of students come here, and thus it gives a lot of exposure.

It is a good college with good infrastructure.
Placements: In our college, students got internships in above-average posts, with an average package. Even I know my senior in the 2nd year, he is doing an internship in our college. I'm not saying students won't get an internship, they do, but above average.
Infrastructure: I personally love my college because of its Wi-Fi, canteen, and common room facilities. We have AC in our canteen also. We have 3 auditoriums in our college. Greenery is present in our college overall. The library is also very big.
Faculty: Personally in my department all the teachers are very experienced, and have good knowledge about the course. They are very friendly in nature and quite impressive. They always support us in every way. According to me, my department is very great.
Other: People are very diverse in our college. They are from different societies. They are also very friendly. Fests are also very great.

A Decent review of a Decent College.
Placements: History students often find internships in sectors such as content writing, museums and museology, content creation organizations, and social interaction. The highest package was 4 to 5 lacs, and the lowest was 2 lacs. Top recruiting companies include educational and research institutions, public sector and government agencies, etc.
Infrastructure: The college has a well-developed infrastructure. It consists of two buildings: the first is the Old Building, and the second is the Jijabai Block, which is a new building, and it doesn't give you the feel of a government college. The college has a big library with Wi-Fi facilities and three floors. New types of rooms have been made of bamboo. We often call them Bamboo Houses. The college has a garden but no hostel. Our college provides NCC camps, which are prominent for girls.
Faculty: Talking about my course, the teachers are very friendly to us. They mentor us, guide us, and often tell us about our mistakes in tests. We get various assignments like project work, presentations, etc. The teachers are well-qualified and experienced. The semester exams are of moderate level.
Other: The college provides a good environment for studying. There are various events, ceremonies and seminar.

An underrated off-campus college. Infrastructure is good, and happy to see well-qualified faculty.
Placements: I don't know much about placements at my college, but yes, there were some technical and non-technical companies that were hiring good numbers of students. There were some societies and internship companies that hired the students and provided them with stipends. Placements were averaging INR 1 lacs to 2.5 lacs.
Infrastructure: As compared to other colleges, the infrastructure is quite good. Although there was no hostel in my college, nearby students can easily afford a decent flat or PG at affordable prices. The amenities in classrooms include a projector, a smart board, and a blackboard. The infrastructure is quite impressive.
Faculty: The professors were well qualified, and they had commanded their core subjects. They were so helpful and kind. Although exams were not that tough, you could easily score good marks. Just connect with your seniors. They are the key to achieving good scores in exams. Most of the time, they provide all the notes. Reading by themselves without asking for help.

Everything was good except faculty .
Placements: There is no placement cell for History Hons students. Most children are preparing for government exams only. I am doing B.Ed right now. Some are preparing for UPSC and other have joined some job in corporate sector. There is no internship support cell also. Otherwise it's good.
Infrastructure: There is no college hostel. Most children stay in PG with their friends or they rent a flat and share it. Some rich kids rent a flat only for themselves, I have 2 in my class. Canteen provides good food. There is Wi-Fi facility available. Library is also good.
Faculty: To be honest our faculty was lazy and didn't taught us as they should. Mostly young teachers were better. They used to provide notes and all in the start of the semester so that it can be easy for us to study but old teachers were not at all good. They are so judgemental too.
