MTech programme is offered in Power Electronics, Information Technology and Micro-Electronics & VLSI Design  for  Professionals SGSITS Indore Eligibility BE/BTech. degree in a relevant branch or MCA for specialisation in Information Technology Intake in each programme 15 students.

SGSITS Indore provides three M.Tech specializations for Working Professionals in the fields of Power Electronics in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, and Micro-Electronics & VLSI Design in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering. Each specialisation is designed for graduates from specific engineering branches, with an intake capacity of 15 students per course.

SGSITS offers BTech and BTech Integrated courses based on JEE Main scores. Candidates having valid JEE Main ranks will be allowed to take part in JoSAA counselling rounds.
