It is a good college to once to prepare or other government exams.
Placements: There is no placement. Companies are coming just for internships. Even if someone gets they are of very low value please don't come for the placement. It is a normal college just the College of Delhi University, which provides you with basic education, but the course BABAC does not provide the placement, and even they provide It is very low.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good green regiment and there is one volleyball and football ground. There are two buildings, one New and one old. There is an NCC, also you can do your NCC from there. There is Sports also there is 1 canteen class and classes have no AC.
Faculty: The staff is also good. They are cooperative. They will also not for much for attendance and you can prepare for anything you want. There are seven exams in each semester, and there are two semester in one year and there is not much crowd coming to college.

Absolutely dissatisfied with college faculty and location.
Placements: I am still studying, and my graduation will be completed in 2027, but I know for a fact that my seniors didn't get placed by the college. Not many companies come to this college for placement because of the college's reputation. The college doesn't provide internships; students have to use their own efforts.
Infrastructure: As a student of B.A. Programme (Political Science + Computer Application), not many facilities are available, but their functionality is in question because Wi-Fi is as slow as it can get. There are three computer labs, but only one is functional, and computers in it are also quite slow. There is no hostel. There is a cafeteria, though, but prices are high; it should cost less. Sports facilities are not up to par, like in football, we do not get a proper ground, no proper equipment, and there is no gym for players as well.
Faculty: Only a few teachers are helpful and friendly; the rest of the teachers are not much. Teaching quality is good for Political Science, Economics, History, and English. Examination difficulties are medium, depending on the subject you have opted for, and you have to pass in more than 7 subjects out of 14 in a year to pass and not get a year back.
Other: This course was my 3rd option. I was trying for JNU and BHU, not DU, but my bad was that I didn't make the cut-off. It was the last option, so I had to choose it. The course which I chose is also good; it will help in preparing for government exams and landing a job in the IT sector if skills are good. There is nothing to improve if the teacher is good, but one thing, if I can improve, is I will add a more practical way of teaching, more like visiting sites and companies, inspiring students to get more insights, and also removing language papers to optional and not in general electives area. There are organizations of events and fests by college societies, and scholarships are provided to EWS students and PWD students.

B.A. Shyam Lal College Evening .
Placements: This college comes under Delhi University and has the NAAC A+ ranking. The minimum package goes from 4 Lacs to the highest package of 8 Lacs. Famous companies like HCL, Wipro, American Express, and many other famous companies visit the college for the placement of students. You get placement according to your skills. You can get admission to this college by giving the CUET exam and registering yourself on the official Delhi University website. Internships are not provided by the college, but many companies approach students for internships. By paying a certain amount of money, you can do an internship.
Infrastructure: It has a well-maintained library with all course books available and free computer labs with fully functioning and upgraded computers with the latest versions. The college also has a canteen. The overall infrastructure of the college is good, and it has two buildings: one is a new building and one is an old building. It has a 400m playground in which you can play volleyball, football, basketball, cricket, and kho-kabaddi.
Faculty: The teachers of this college are very helpful, qualified, knowledgeable, and problem-solving. You can ask your doubts anytime you want, including in online mode. The societies of this college visit industries like Coca-Cola, Maza, SEBI, etc. The exams in this college are held on a semester basis, which are held every 6 months. The exams are neither too hard nor too easy.
Other: As we all know, Delhi University is famous for its events and fests, and Shyam Lal College also organizes many events and fests every month. The society of the college collaborates with other companies and also invites famous personalities for the events. This year, famous Haryanvi singer Ajay Hooda and Khasa Aalachar were called for the event. This college also provides scholarships. If you have an EWS certificate or a creamy layer certificate, you can apply for this scholarship and get a scholarship from the college.

Shyam Lal college reviews.
Placements: 75 percent students were placed in our course this year, last year the rate was 70 percent. The highest package offered was about 12 LPA and the average package was about 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Juspay and many others. Almost 25 percent students got internships. Only sales job is offered.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility in the college. The infrastructure is not well. Wi-Fi is available in the college and the classrooms are of an old style. The library is fully air-conditioned and very good. Food in the canteen is worse, price is okay but the taste of the food is very weird.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified from prestigious colleges of DU. They are very skilled. They explain every topic with good explanations in this course which is quite good. The exams are easy and not that hard. The semester exams are easy, you can score well with one day’s preparation.
Other: Our college organizes annual cultural fest every year named as Vengena. This year, we invited Ajay Hooda for the concert night which was awesome. The campus crowd is cheap just because this college is located in the east.

A short review of college.
Placements: Placements are not available for all the courses. The placements are provided mainly to BBA course and the other commerce courses.
Infrastructure: No hostel facility. Infrastructure is well and good. I would love the college if they start introducing new courses.
Faculty: The faculties are old teachers but not bad. They help and teach us properly but the management should recruit new teachers too.
