It has good placements, strong infrastructure, helpful faculty, and active campus life.
Placements: Over 50% of students from the Information Technology department got placed. The highest package is 13 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.6 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are PubMatic, BNY Mellon, Elastik Teams, and Ensono. Around 25-30% of students secure internships at companies like Ensono, BNY Mellon, Elastik Teams, Accenture, PubMatic, and Cognizant. The most common roles offered are software engineer and web developer.
Infrastructure: The IT department has well-equipped labs with reliable internet and decent classrooms. The library is excellent, both in infrastructure and book collection. Hostel facilities are good, but the mess food is average. Canteens are well-maintained and offer a variety of food options. A campus clinic provides free medical facilities. For sports and games, the campus offers proper infrastructure and equipment.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and possess good knowledge of their subjects. The teaching quality is effective, with a focus on both theoretical and practical understanding. The course curriculum is relevant and includes subjects that make students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty level, focusing more on understanding than written learning. The overall pass percentage is quite good, with most students clearing exams with consistent effort.
Other: I am from the Information Technology department of the 2025 passing-out batch. I chose this course due to my interest in coding and software development. The course offers practical learning, experienced faculty members, and industry-relevant subjects. Improvements like more hands-on projects and advanced coding practices would be beneficial. The campus hosts various technical and cultural events, with an active and diverse crowd. It is well-connected and has a peaceful environment. Scholarships are offered to deserving students. There are also ample opportunities for extracurricular activities, making the overall campus experience engaging and well-rounded. It regularly hosts events.

Placements: The placement at SCOE college is average, but if you want a package above 8 LPA, you need an aggregate of 8.5 or above 9 for some companies. For mass recruiters, you need to have a CGPA above 7. Mostly, service-based companies come, but some product-based companies like Nvidia and PTC also visit.
Infrastructure: The campus of the college is very big, but it includes several other colleges of the Sinhgad Institute like the MBA college, medical college, and other engineering colleges. The campus is spacious, and hostels are quite decent, but the mess food quality is literally poor. Students generally don't like to eat in the hostel mess, so most of them avoid taking hostel admission.
Faculty: The teaching faculty members of this college are moderate due to the university's old syllabus, but they are freely supportive. You can also review their experience on the college website. Overall, you can feel comfortable with the staff, and the course is good if you want to pursue a career in the IT industry.
Other: The crowd is too much because of multiple colleges, but you get comfortable after some time. There are also several functions like Karandak and Techtonic where you can enjoy functions.

Placements: In my course, 80%-90% of students are placed. The highest salary package is 14 LPA, the average salary package is 4 LPA-5 LPA. And the lowest salary package is 3 LPA. TCS, Mahindra, and Infosys are the top companies that come for placements in the CS and IT branches.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are large and clean. There are digital projectors for the presentation of PPTs. The college also has a library, and all the reference books are available. The quality of the hostel is good, with very comfortable rooms. In each room, there are three students. Each student has one table, one chair, and one cupboard. The mess food is average.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and well-qualified, and every teacher has at least five years of experience in teaching. There is only one semester exam in each semester, and 2-3 exams are conducted by the college. It is not very difficult to crack the exams. To pass, students have to score 40%.
Other: I chose this course because there is a future in this field and also good income potential. There are big events every 2-3 months. The campus is very big, with around 4,000-5,000 students studying in the college, which is very near to the city. We also have the opportunity to take part in various extracurricular activities.

Facilities of the college are good.
Placements: 50% of students are placed in our college. The highest package is 40 LPA, the lowest is 3.5 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. 90% of students get internships through the college. The top roles offered in my course are software development and website development.
Infrastructure: The hostel quality is good, and the food is also good, but the bus facilities are not satisfactory. The campus environment is peaceful. Library's reading hall has good facilities. I honestly recommend others to take admission here. Every year, students are given the opportunity to participate in international sports.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good at teaching and motivating students. They make genuine efforts to support students and have a high level of knowledge and experience. Their teaching has a positive impact on students’ understanding and confidence. To enhance their effectiveness, they could incorporate more interactive methods and practical examples to better engage students.
