Placements: Almost 135 students are placed out of 160 students. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 4.5 LPA to 5.5 LPA. The least salary package offered is 3.6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, and Datamatics. Top roles offered are software engineer and associate developer. Recruiting companies try to test students' skills and hire them accordingly.

Infrastructure: Hostel rooms are well-maintained on campus. This college has a library and the study room is very calm. Our environment is also good. Laboratories are good. Wi-Fi is enabled for official work and study-related projects. In every computer laboratory, there is a LAN facility for internet access.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and they try to explain concepts in-depth. They are always helpful to clear students' doubts. Our course curriculum is related to the latest technology like machine learning, data science, AI, and many more. The passing percentage is 95%.

Other: Our college has good ambiance, canteen, crowd, and supportive staff members.

This college is exceptional in every field.

Placements: The placements were 100%, and the top companies were TCS, Persistent, Cognizant, Infosys, and many others. Even during covid-19, the placements were 100%, as it was difficult for others to maintain. College placements were easy to understand.

Infrastructure: All required was provided in a decent manner. The infrastructure was attractive and good. The hostel facility for girls was safe and hygiene was maintained as well. The canteen provides average food. College should focus a bit on food facilities.

Faculty: Every faculty member was supportive and the exam structure was fine as well. The level of difficulty depends on the individual. Throughout the semester one needs to go through various tests and the final examination.

There were good placements from the computer department in 2019.

Placements: The total strength of students in batch 1 and batch 2 are 120 and 130 students. In the year 2018-2019, about 80% of the students got placements in multiple MNCs and small scale companies. The highest salary package offered was 9.2 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2.8 LPA. Mainly 3 mass recruiting companies visit our college every year, and they are Accenture, Infosys and Cognizant. Every company hire at least 400 students from all Sinhgad colleges. Placements are conducted centrally, so students from more than 10 engineering colleges participate in them.

Infrastructure: All facilities are provided in the computer department like classrooms, labs, library, etc. Wi-Fi facility is available for students to use, and an elevator is also available. Facilities in the hostel are good, but I don't recommend mess and canteen. Every Wednesday, a doctor is available to do a free check for students. Our college has a very small area, so only volleyball and basketball grounds were available.

Faculty: All the teachers here are helpful, but they are not good experienced in the teaching field. Their teaching quality is very poor. Most of the time, students get more knowledge in practical sessions than from teachers. All things in the course curriculum are relevant. I am not sure whether the course curriculum makes student industry-ready or not.

The college has good placements. The campus is worst as there is only building, and no ground.

Placements: There is a central placement at Vadgaon campus. The placement on the campus is good. Some top MNCs visit the college at the time of placement season. The central placement cell is taking efforts on the placement of a student. During academics, there are some sessions for placement and that is about placements. If you are looking for good placement, then only it is good.

Infrastructure: There is no infrastructure on the campus. The labs are with slow computers and internet. There is no Wi-Fi facility at all. The library is with the limited books. There are no sports grounds, so no sports, and there are no indoor as well as outdoor games. The quality of food available in the canteen is not good. There is no enough space to organise events.

Faculty: Some teachers were helpful. Some teachers don't even know how to teach. Some teachers don't have brief knowledge even about the subjects they teach. The faculty members are not able to clear our academic doubts. They do not provide scholarships to EBC students on time.

Other: The computer department doesn't even give farewell to the last year students.

Overall, the college is good, but I don't know about this year.

Placements: The placements on the campus are average. But this year, the placements are poor due to a strike. The lowest salary package offered was around 3.5 LPA, and the highest was up to 12 LPA. A reputed company named Amazon also visited the campus for placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure on the campus is good. All the facilities are available on the campus for students. There is a separate hostel for both girls and boys on the campus. There are two cafes and three bakeries. Each department has its separate floor, and there is a separate building for civil and mechanical, and all the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. The facilities like Wi-Fi, electricity, and water are available for 24*7 on the campus.

Faculty: Sinhgad staff members are good at teaching. Highly-qualified teachers and HODs are teaching us. But this year, due to the strike of teachers, there is a big loss of students on the campus, but the teachers on the campus are knowledgeable. They use all the materials and give important questions and also uses projectors for PPT representation to teach.

Other: All the events and days are celebrated on the campus. The college provides all scholarships for eligible students.

Issues regarding the institution and staff are leading to effect our academics.

Placements: Placement activity is held for every batch, and almost 30 companies select the maximum number of students. The students are selected as freshers in the field of testing and development. All kinds of the software companies visit for placement. No internship is offered, it is below avg regarding placements. The placements are not excellent, it is good. Maximum ten students were placed in the senior batch. The training provided to the students is good.

Infrastructure: The labs are good. The Wi-Fi is in average working condition. There is no ground. The classrooms are good enough. The food is not much good in the canteen. The lift was not there earlier; they started construction on the request. But still, the lift is not in working condition. The library does not have enough books. Only ten copies are available for each book. Only four books can be issued and not beyond that.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. We got the industry exposure. There are knowledgeable faculty members, but some are impatient and not much good. Few uneven problems are there because sometimes, they are on strike, and don't conduct classes leading to the loss of the academics. Sinhgad and Karandak, followed by days and technical events are conducted in the college.

It is all you need but there's no ground

Placements: Companies that visited: Zensar Technologies, Bitwise, Accenture and many more companies. Last year, one of my seniors got placed in Amazon Web Services through AMCAT. Students have been offered jobs for testing as well as developing. The placement cell of the department is making efforts to get its students placed. The college invites a lot of companies to offer internships to the students.

Infrastructure: Overall, the campus environment is really good. Clean and healthy. The cafeteria food is okay. You could live on it. The parking facilities are good and the security system efficiently manages the the environment around the campus. A bad news for sports fans- no ground! All the practice sessions for any kind of sports are managed somewhere in the campus or maybe the main campus. Lifts for all the buildings in the campus are under construction. The library is good and the labs are amazing! After all, that's what a computer student needs.

Faculty: The staff is well experienced and knows what they are teaching. But for those of you who don't like to be chained to your desks for the entire time, this is not for you (I wish I knew this before I took admission). The professors use all the resources like references books, presentations, and guest lectures as a medium of learning. New professors have been recruited. To sum up, it is good for people who want to get ahead in their profession.

Placements: Almost all the students who are eligible for placements get placed from college. Your aggregate CGPA should be greater or equal to 6.65 for most of the companies. Nearly 80 to 90% of the students get placed from college. The highest salary package was of 9.5 LPA offered by EQ Technology. The average salary package varies from 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA. More than 100 companies visited the college, and still, some are coming for recruitment.

Infrastructure: Hostel life is very interesting, like other colleges. In a single room, there are four beds, including a separate study table and chair. Matrices are generally used. Wi-Fi is provided in the hostel, but the speed is relatively slow due to a large number of students. The food served in the mess is below average.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are the same as other colleges. They all are doing pure business. Some teachers are exceptional, and some are average. There is also a category of teachers who don't know the basics of the subjects. But at the same time, it's not fair to criticize them because the university syllabus is very vast. Excellent thing about SITS is that it provides you with a lot of opportunities while placement activity which matters the most. After good self-study, students can be ready for industry.

Other: I opted for this course because of grooming in the IT industry. Compared to the core branch of engineering CS/IT/E&TC branches give you a higher chance to get a job. The course curriculum is old and needs to be changed. But college can't do anything because it is under SPPU. There are no issues of connectivity. The campus is beside the expressway. Scholarships are provided only to Maharashtra students by the Maharashtra government. Tech fest is organised by every department in which we have tectonics, idea etc.
