A variety of entrance exam results may be accepted by Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (SKCET) for admission to its engineering, management, and other programs. SKCET frequently accepts entrance test results from engineering programs, including Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) for postgraduate admission and Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) for undergraduate admission. SKCET may accept results from national entrance exams such as the Common Admission Test (CAT), Management Aptitude Test (MAT), Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), Common Management Admission Test (CMAT), and others for management programs such as the Master of Business Administration (MBA). However, depending on the programme and the university's regulations for that particular academic year, the precise permitted entry examinations may change.

Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology is good for engineering whereas each engineering college differs for each student and it merely depends on the student how they engage themselves in studies.
