Overall, the college is great for studies. Exposure to a lot of students and opportunities are there

Placements: This year, around 80 percent of students were placed. The highest package in our college is 25 Lacs per annum. The lowest package in our college was 3.5 Lacs per annum. The average package in our college was 4 Lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies were Microsoft, J P Morgan and Mercedes Benz. 80 percent of students got placements.

Infrastructure: Our college has library facility. Wi-Fi facility, labs facility and classroom facilities too are there. The quality of the food in our hostel is good and eatable. There is a mess in the hostel only and there are many other food stores inside the campus only The college provides medical facilities too. There are a lot of opportunities for sports persons in our college as there is football, cricket and basketball grounds for volleyball, throwball tennis hockey all are played in the college.

Faculty: The teachers were very supportive and knowledgeable, and they are very cheerful. The course of the curriculum is relevant and it makes the students industry ready too for students with internship experiences The semester exams in our college are easy as they have good teaching faculty.

Other: I got CET placement in the college and took the admission as it was very reputed college and one of my cousins had studied there only and had given good review about the same. Our course itself is good. There are lot of events which would be conducted whole throughout the year.

I was highly satisfied with academics but placements were disappointing.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. It is not up to the mark for non-circuit branch students. Around 45% of students get placed. The highest salary package offered for the IP branch was 5.5 LPA. The lowest salary offered was around Rs. 15,000 per month. Companies like Mercedes Benz, Automotive Axles, Reckitt Benckiser, JK Tyres, etc., visited our campus during our period. Around 20% of the students were provided internships and project works which were useful, and they also offered a decent stipend. The placement cell is available here, and they're efficient.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. The Wi-Fi facility is strong, and labs are very informative. Classrooms are well-lit. Toilets in our branch are dirty. Games are supported in our college. Food served in the canteen is very healthy. I have faced only one issue which was regarding the toilet. They were unhygienic and not provided with any good facilities especially for girls. No actions were taken.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and highly qualified. They have the utmost knowledge and helping in every field be in academics or sports. They had enough faculty members for almost 60 students in each class, and they were provided with around 10 teachers. The course curriculum was very different, and it was outcome based.

Other: There were events like throwball, basketball, tennis matches inter-college as well as inter-branch. Other extracurricular activities like debates, singing, dancing, were conducted which gave a lot of exposure. They were also scholarships provided to students according to their academics.

The best college in Mysore.

Placements: There is huge opportunity in both mechanical and software industry. Since the training in institute is highly skilled, majority of all can get placed. For placements companies like RRD and Benz will come with high salary package. If the candidate interested in software development then the companies like Infosys and TCS will be a good choice. Or if they wanted to be in mechanical industry then they have opportunities from benz, Toyota and automotive Axel's Ind. There is opportunity for management and analysis industries too.

Infrastructure: Institute has enough space for sports and academic needs. Each department has its own building and separate laboratory. Now it's named as JSS Science and technology University. The campus is spread over 120 acres of land. College has 12 engineering departments.

Faculty: All the facilities are well experienced. Majority of them are Ph.D. holders in there respective field. Student no need to worrt about complexity of syllabus, because teaching staff will be there during working hours to solve any kind of problem regarding academics.

Other: Lots and lots of event are concluded in campus throughout the year. The main event is Jaciana. Where several celebrity will be invited not only from India but also from all over the world.

The best college with the nicest faculty.

Placements: Our college has huge placements in IT branch. Our seniors were almost placed in good companies. This year, until last week, 87.5% students got placed with the highest salary. The highest package is around 18 LPA, and the lowest could be 3.6 LPA. From the beginning, the faculty could tell that 5-6 LPA will be the package. From the college side, they give a placement training from the 7th semester. Around 70-80% got the internship from the college. We went to internships for 2-3 months. The highest stipend is of Rs. 35,000, the lowest is Rs. 12,000 and the average is Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 20,000 (per month). There is a placement cell in our college, and it is useful.

Infrastructure: Our college has the best facilities like transportation, library, Wi-Fi, well-designed classrooms and playground. Good quality labs are available, and there is a good canteen in our college. The quality of the food is good, and good hostel rooms are available.

Faculty: We have good knowledgeable faculty, and their teaching is good. Every year, we visit different industries twice. Recently, we visited KMF Dairy in Channapatna and visited Toyota plant in Bangalore which is memorable. They taught us very well about assembling of parts, and it is useful.

Other: The college conducts the events for every two months, and yearly once, Jayciana fest is organised. We have celebrated with the best DJs from outside countries. We have a good environment. Scholarships are also given to meritorious students every year.

SJCE- It is one of the best choices I ever made.

Placements: The placements at SJCE is really good. For circuit branches, the placement is near to 100%. For non-circuit branches, the placement is pretty decent. If your performance is decent, you can get into at least mass recruiting companies. For IP branch, If you try hard, you can get into decent companies like Schneider electric.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure at Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering is really good. Now since it's JSS Science and Technology University, the management is trying hard to keep up the infrastructure facilities and maintain world-class standards. The college is equipped with all the required facilities and is funded by the TEQIP programme underworld bank.

Faculty: The faculty at SJCE is of high standards. There are more than one PhD holders in every department having experience of around 20 to 30 years. Even the junior faculty members guide the students well. About the course curriculum, there are 5 internal events and one external exam. The syllabus is updated every year.
