Review of JCE college student.
Placements: According to my knowledge, placements are good in our college and almost 70-80% of students got placed. Packages vary from 4 - 30. The top company that I know is Schneider. I think according to placements our college is good. This is according to my knowledge and experience.
Infrastructure: We have a very good Wi-Fi facility throughout the campus which is very helpful for students. We have respective labs according to our branches. Classrooms are spacious. The library is so good and almost all the books are available at the library. This is according to my knowledge and experience.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified. The teaching quality is so good which is very helpful. We can interact with teachers so well and clarify our doubts with them. Semester exams will be in normal range of toughness it completely depends on our preparation.
Other: I chose this branch because I was interested in it. The best thing about my course is that I can learn things practically and in our branch various events apart from studies are also conducted which is very essential for students' life to make it even more special and beautiful.

My genuine review on my college.
Placements: 80% of students are being placed in our college according to my knowledge. The highest package in our course is 16 LPA, but I am not sure. For my course, top recruiting companies are Schneider, Collins Aerospace, and many more. I don't know about internships but one offline internship is compulsory for students in our college. Roles may vary based on companies.
Infrastructure: We have college Wi-Fi which is available overall on campus and is very useful. Classroom availability is good. The library is excellent. We have a separate reference room for study purposes which is also very useful. I am staying in a private PG so I am not sure about the hostel food but what I have heard from my friends is the food in the hostel is good.
Faculty: The faculty is very good and knowledgeable. Apart from our syllabus, we are able to clarify other doubts also. We will have a prior syllabus copy and date distribution list which will be easier for us. Semester exams are quite difficult but it is completely dependent on our preparation.
Other: I think in Mysore, this is the best college in all aspects. It might be campus life or academics vice or also in the placements view. When it comes to events, we have a famous event called Jayciana and also many other pre-fests and events will be there. Sports competitions will also be held.

A good college with a positive environment, 2021 pass-out batch.
Placements: Placements were excellent for CS, IS, and EC branches, but for EEE, placements were average in our batch, although they picked up in the upcoming years. The top package was 15 LPA from LAM Research. The lowest package was 3 LPA from DXC. Internships were offered by Schindler Electric and General Motors.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good. It was not luxurious, but it was very nice. Wi-Fi was provided in the college and hostels with separate IDs. We had a library and a reference hall as well. We were not allowed to sit and read in the library, so we had a separate reference hall where all facilities were provided, such as tables with charging ports and facilities to make projects and complete assessments. There were big separate grounds for cricket, basketball, and badminton. Our campus was across 110 acres, so we had a huge garden with trees. The food in the mess was good.
Faculty: The old faculty members were knowledgeable and came from IISC and IITs, but the new faculty members were not up to the mark. Many times, they would get confused. This institution is private, so exams were not from VTU. Question papers were prepared by our faculty. As explained earlier, if the old faculty had prepared papers, they would have been challenging and of good quality. However, the new faculty members would prepare question papers with low quality.
Other: I chose this course so I could try for government jobs. Our course lacked modern subjects like C++ and DSA, so introducing these subjects would have helped with placements. Our college was famous for its fests, events, and co-curricular activities, which was the main reason we could choose anything and had that confidence. We had TEQUIP for technical funding, and the college used to conduct hackathons and ideathons.

It provides ample opportunities to learn and earn through placements.
Placements: In our college, more than 85% of students were placed. Top recruiting companies like Texas Instruments, Schneider Electric, Visa, Deloitte, Samsung, Infineon, BorgWarner, Cisco, Applied Materials, Bosch, Mercedes Benz, DXC Technology, Accenture, Wipro, Infosys, United Breweries, and The Math Company visited our campus.
Infrastructure: The canteen was so good. There were plenty of shops, namely Yashaswini Milk Parlor, which was famous for Oreo milkshakes, burgers, and sandwiches. Kushi cafe was well-known for its South and North cuisine, as well as its bakery for pastries, and the Mylari, a Karnataka Mysore special dosa. There was a huge playground.
Faculty: Exams were easy if you were prepared. Otherwise, it would be difficult. The syllabus was so well crafted in terms of knowledge. Our teachers were so approachable and highly knowledgeable. A few of them were Ph.D. holders and others were research scholars so they had a wide knowledge of technology.

Hi, Of course, make sure you have the cut off marks in class 12th. Entrance exam rank matters too. If you can get the seat, be it CET or COMEDK, keep checking, if you can land in your desired branch at the college. You have multiple rounds too to make sure you land your specific desired choice.
