Quite satisfied with the infrastructure and faculty.
Placements: Overall, 10% of students got placed in my course. The highest package offered is 4 LPA, the lowest package is 2.8 LPA, and the average package is 3.4 LPA. The top recruiting company for our course is Wipro. Almost all the students got internships, and they all have joined start-up companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college and classrooms are good. The benches and desks are good. The department rooms are good. Labs are good, and the library is good. The hostel Wi-Fi is good, but the only thing which is not good is the food in the canteen.
Faculty: The teachers are quite helpful, and we do have teachers who have experience and knowledge. We have teachers who have knowledge but no experience. Students are made industry-ready by this relevant course curriculum. Semester exams are very tough.

Revana Siddeshwara Institute of Technology review
Placements: One of the major drawbacks of the college. The only reputed company coming to the college for placement was IBM, which ended up selecting just 2 people for a technical job. All other companies turn up only for BPO jobs and nothing technical. Yet, the total placement would be 15 out of 200 people.
Infrastructure: Labs are one of the best features of the college.
A lot of practical knowledge is imparted here. It is one of the interesting courses in computer science. The library has very limited books. They have a good auditorium for indoor programs and also a good and a secured parking lot for students and faculty members.
Faculty: The faculty members don't have any particular achievement in their fields. There are some who have just done BE and are doing their M.Tech along with teaching. They have a very bad alumni connect. A strong alumni connect would help in better placements.

The review of Sri Revana Siddeshwara Institute of Technology.
Placements: The placements in the college are bad in the year I passed out(2015). The only company came for the placements in the campus was IBM tech support, which ended up selecting just two students from the computer science branch. On the whole, the placement was not even 10% of the total strength.
Infrastructure: The college is well-constructed in a large place, but commuting is a problem since there are no means of transport for reaching there. There are good lab facilities and parking space. There is an outdoor ground, but no indoor stadium. The canteen in the campus is decent.
Faculty: The faculty members are well-trained and approachable. The institute is affiliated to VTU, and they follow the same curriculum as in any other institutes affiliated with VTU. Most of the faculty members had B.E. and M.Tech background. The practical training in the labs was useful in the curriculum.
Other: The whole college is not great, and I would not suggest for any other students. If you are considering for good placements, this would be a wrong place. Traveling is a problem since you have to wait for the auto to reach the place from the main road, which is about 2 km from the main road.

Review about Sri Revanna Siddeshwara Institute of Technology.
Placements: There are no placements as they do not have a proper placement officer to conduct the placement activities. Almost all students got job offers either off-campus or through job portals like Naukri. There were no internship offers given to my batch students and the senior batch students as well.
Infrastructure: It was just okay. There is no modern infrastructure, however, I heard that they have developed it.
The labs were good and did have the required equipment for studies. They had computer science, electronic, microprocessor, chemistry and mechanical labs. The faculty members provided good training in labs.
Faculty: Faculty members were good and did have knowledge about what they taught. They did answer almost all the questions which a student asked. They were friendly but strict when it came to attendance and studies.
Other: There were no transportation facilities. The college is 2 and a half km from the Devanahalli main road. You either need to walk or take a Tata Sumo for a drop. The college was located near a railway track and so, there was no way a road would come up soon as it was under litigation.

Worst college in the whole world.
Placements: Very poor placements.
Not a single company came here because there are only 200 students in the college including all branches and years.
The management is so miserable, they always think how to get money from parents and do not provide any facility to the students. Management doesn’t spent money to secure their students’ future. Not even a single senior of mine got placed in any company.
Infrastructure: Even Yalahnka Railway Station’s infrastructure is better than this college. They do not have proper labs. They have just 10-12 computer systems in total which work properly. Other than that all the systems are useless. Even there is not a proper road for college. They don't provide buses for all the students. Students have to walk 2 kms to reach the bus stand.
Faculty: The worst faculty members. Even government schools teachers must know more than them. They are not at all experienced. They just dictate the book. If something is written wrong in book, they'll consider that true and teach us that only. They even do not know basics, especially ladies teachers don't know anything and they will behave like they are gods of their subjects.
Other: No events, no fest, no extra activity, just 20 students per branches in CSE and ECE in mechanical and civil.

I am dissatisfied with college.
Placements: A proper training and placement cell doesn't exist here. Seminars are held regularly, but there is scope for improvement, and a lot of improvement is needed. They don't provide basic interview training. There is a lack of awareness about things happening in the industry, and no one takes an interest in things which should be considered important. It is up to you to make appropriate decisions, and it will be tough to get a job out of this degree.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are pretty mediocre, and there are no smart class facilities. There are only two rooms in the college which have a projector. The college is in the middle, so there is no proper road to the college. People also doubt the structural integrity of the institution.
Faculty: Faculty members are average, but they are hard-working with some sceptical figures. They are at least disciplined and impartial to an extent, and there is mediocre student-teacher interaction. Teachers respond to students, but students do not care. The course curriculum is quite literally of VTU, and they'll prepare you for the end of semester examinations.
Other: Events were not held this year due to unknown reasons, and I don't consider it a college for creative people looking to get involved in different things. Connectivity is pathetic, and the campus crowd is pretty decent. In surroundings, there is a jungle.
