Highly satisfied with the faculty and infrastructure provided in the college.
Placements: Rs. 3 lakhs per annum is the package offered. Political Science department had limited placement opportunities, but compared to the other colleges in the city, the placements provided in our college were remarkable. I am satisfied with the placement services provided in this institution.
Infrastructure: The college has very good infrastructure where students, needs are taken into account. Periodic maintenance is carried out in the institution. Good quality infrastructure is provided. Students are provided with the best facilities. There is rarely any complaint from the students.
Faculty: The faculty encourage the students and guide them in every way. They also provide tutorials to help students cope with the daily lessons. The teachers are very knowledgeable, and their role in shaping the career and life of the students is worthy.
Other: Extracurricular activities are given a lot of importance.

Really satisfied with the infrastructure, faculty and placements of the college.
Placements: Students of Political Science are generally interested in pursuing higher study. The placement record of the college has been remarkable. Companies coming to college offer various kinds of job. The examples of company visiting the campus are Delloite, Total Environment, Paper True etc. The Placement Cell works efficiently to make sure that the process of placement goes systematically.
Infrastructure: The college is focus on continuously developing its infrastructure. The digitalisation of the Central Library is one of the recent step aimed at providing good reading environment. Cashless mode of payment is another example of college's focus on the latest technology.
Faculty: The teachers are the backbone of the college. They are well qualified. Most of them are Ph.D. holders. The course curriculum is well suited to current professional requirements of the market. Different methods used by the teachers are PPT, movies, industry exposure etc.

It is a place of knowledge without any discrimination.
Placements: Last year, among 150 students 36 students got placed in private companies. Among these 36 students, 18 are girls, and the remaining are boys. The highest salary was Rs. 22,000, and the lowest is Rs. 16,000. The companies like the jet airline, TCS, HP, Wipro and security company like CSC come here for placements. Generally, students were selected for political advisory and sales executive. Our college conducted internship for 1.5 months. Also, there is placement cell.
Infrastructure: Facilities like the Wi-Fi with a minimum speed of 2 Mbps, high tech classroom with smart class installed, indoor games like carrom board, ludo snooker and much more are there in the playroom. Also, outdoor games like the football, hockey fields are also present. There are also laps with all the types of equipment. There are many canteens like Green Chilly, Amul parlour, and many other small ones present with tasty and hygienic eatables. There are many hostel with special features.
Faculty: Teachers and professors are highly educated and qualified. Their teaching style is the best. The environment of the campus is good for learning. Smart class is also used to discuss with videos shown and practicals done. Overall, it is awesome, and the students and teachers are like friends.
Other: There are several extra-curricular activities conducted in the college. There is also an annual sport meet with fests with many extra-curricular activities which take place yearly.

Other: What you think about Xavier's from outside, it is not what actually it is. The academic brilliance of the college has gone down, the teacher-student relationship there is not at all commendable. Trying to spoon-feed at Graduation level, and handing over notes just to mug them up and write them in college exams have not been of much help. However, campus life is great fun.

Infrastructure and student body are great, and our college reputation is also good.
Placements: Around 70% of the students got placed in this course. In our course, the highest salary offered is 2 lacs per month, the lowest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month, and the average salary offered is Rs. 50,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Frontech, Tata, Nescafe, advertising agencies and international relations.
Infrastructure: Hostels are separate for boys and girls. There are huge corridors and rooms suitable for 3 students in one room. Classrooms are air-conditioned. Only some classrooms and benches are up to the mark. The library is the best with all modular technologies and books. Wi-Fi is available with monthly charges.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are indeed highly qualified, but some understanding is required on their part. Teachers teach with theoretical and practical experience. They give us real-life examples and teach us very efficiently. This curriculum is relevant to make students better and industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course due to my interest in politics. I like diplomatic discussions and international geopolitics. I think faculty members are great, but few assessment procedures should be modified to explore the course. The great Xavotsav happens here. Many fests, orientations and functions also take place.

St Xavier's University announce its cut off & merit list for various courses to get admission in UG & PG programs every year. Hi Dhira,
There is a little chance for you to get into Xavier. Whatsoever, don't lose hope, you have 100% chance for applying other Xavier's. I'm not sure about the merit list.
If not the first list, you may get a chance in the second list(if any). The cut-offs are pretty high. It was around 92% l
