Review of St. Xavier's College.
Placements: 50% students were placed this year who passed out in 2024. The highest package in my course was 5 Lacs per annum, and the minimum package was 4 Lacs. The top recruiting company was Godrej. Students got internship in Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Top roles are offered in my course.
Infrastructure: For office management and secretarial practices, facilities are not so good; the major issue is no air-conditioned classrooms. We have a library that has a wide range of books. Classes have smart boards. Mess and canteen food is also okay—not so good, not so bad—and it is also affordable; it is not very extensive, and a little hygiene issue is there. For medical facilities, we have a proper clinic inside the campus.
Faculty: Our faculty are just amazing and great. And they are way too supportive, even on the holidays, providing answers to our calls and messages and guiding us to the right way to solve our issues. The course is also good because it has real-life problem solutions. We have two exams: one in the middle of the semester and one at the end.
Other: I chose this course because it will help me in the future because I am going to pursue an MBA in GT as my postgraduate degree, so definitely it will help me.

Placements: The maximum number of students who get placement in our college. The average package is 4 lacs per annum. The highest package goes up to 10 lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Pantaloons, Reliance, Trends, and Shopper Stop in cities like Ranchi. The roles offered by them are to manage and control their office.
Infrastructure: Our classrooms are fully digital. Buildings are super structured, and their is pure water available for drinking and a canteen with various food items. Wi-Fi is provided at our college. Hostel facilities are also provided by the college. There are many clubs that you can join to perform your dance, singing, and other activities.
Faculty: The teachers at our college are very friendly and supportive. They provide you with notes and help you with every activity. You can get mental help as well. Exams are taken by the college only so the questions are very easy and they match the teacher's notes. All teachers are well-educated and have work experience.
Other: I chose my course because, rather than choosing a simple B.Com., I wanted to do a B.Com. vocational.
