Sunandan Divatia School of Science BSc course is mainly offered in two specialisations, i.e., Applied Science and Biomedical Science that lasts for four years. However, candidates can exit the course in the third year with a BSc degree. Sunandan Divatia School of Science (SDSOS) BSc course is offered in association with the private institutes of NMIMS, Deemed to be University. Sunandan Divatia School of Science course admission is open for the academic year 2024. Admission to the BSc specialisation is based on the merit list, which is prepared based on the performance of the in-house entrance test and marks obtained in the class 12 exam. 

NMIMS Sunandan Divatia School of Science admits students in the BSc course via the online entrance exam. The exam is conducted in an online mode. English Language,  General Awareness,  Reasoning Skills,  Social Awareness, and Basics of Psychology are the topics that will be covered in the entrance test. The exam will contain 50 question with 50 marks. The exam will last for one hour (60 minutes) and question will be in multiple choice format. 

The official data for placements of 2022-23 has not been disclosed on the official website of Sunandan Divatia School of Science. However, as per other media reports and student reviews about placements, the highest package offered during placement sessions at Sunandan Divatia School of Science is INR 7.5 LPA, while the average package offered is INR 4.5 LPA. 

Sunandan Divatia School of Science (SDSOS) is one of the private institutes affiliated with NMIMS University  . NMIMS is ranked 47 out of 200 Deemed to be universities by the NIRF, placing it fourth in Mumbai. SDSOS Mumbai offers undergraduate, graduate, and PhD programs in the field of Science and is an NAAC B-accredited institute. In 2023, the placement rate will be about 60%, which is good.

NMIMS Sunandan Divatia School of Science has a step-wise admission procedure. The admission process begins with registration on the on official website of NMIMS, Deemed to be University. Further, candidates must fillout the online application form with all the required details. Once the application form is sumitted candidates must participated in the in-house entrance exams. The university conducts its own onpine entrance test consisting of 50 questions and 50 marks. Candidates have to qualify for the exam as per their desired programmes and process for further selection rounds (if applicable). After the online entrance exam, NMIMS School of Design releases merit lists with shortlisted candidates' names. The merit lists are prepared based on the performance of the entrance test and aggregate marks obtained in Class 12 or the equivalent examination. When the merit lists are out, the school releases dates for document upload and payment of admission fees. Shortlisted candidates are required to pay the admission confirmation fee and appear for the document verification process.

Hello Nishar Ahmed, a very interesting query but I am afraid there are no clear cut answers or no clear cut conclusions. Firstly placements data of BSc courses of any college is very shaky and secondly analysis or conclusions based on very few placements will not actually reveal anything. SDSOS gives out data of placements and packages only for PG students. Some sources though give out figures of 5LPA or 7LPA as the highest package. But authentication is not feasible. Suffice to say that it needs to be taken with a pinch of salt. But all said and done, credentials of the NMIMS, the deemed to be university to which SDSOS is affiliated, are indeed impeccable and one needs not have any doubts whatsoever about the quality of staff and facilities provided to the students. 

My advice is to get admission without bothering about placements or packages at placements.
