Review of D.Y. Patil College of Engineering.
Placements: Our college has good placements. The top recruiters are TCS, Wipro, and Worldline. Many students also grab off-campus opportunities. One student from the previous batch get placed in Microsoft, and a girl get an internship at Amazon. The college is constantly making efforts to improve placements.
Infrastructure: The college has very good infrastructure with facilities like Wi-Fi, enough classrooms, a cafeteria, and a gym. Currently, the college doesn't have its own hostel, it is under construction and will be completed by July 2025. But, the quality of food in the college canteen is average.
Faculty: The curriculum of the college closely resembles that of Savitribai Phule Pune University. It has a very comprehensive assessment type exams. The college conducts exams two times a semester. The difficulty of papers is not that much, it is up to the board level.
Other: Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering is my branch, and it has decent placements. The best thing about my college is its events, faced campus crowd, and connectivity. The scholarship is given by MAHADBT, which is a government scholarship.

Review of D.Y. Patil College of Engineering.
Placements: The average placement of the college is 4 LPA. The highest package offered in 2024-25 is 52 LPA from Microsoft, but it was off-campus. Computer Science and Information Technology branches have get desirable packages in recent years. Branches like Civil and Mechanical are not up to the mark, but there are several chances that these branches will also get good placements in the upcoming years. Internships are offered to students in both paid and unpaid formats, which help students get knowledge in their field.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities provided in the college are improving day by day. The college has one library and one reading room, with two campus cafeterias. There is also one smart store, which is helpful for students to buy stationery. A Xerox shop is available where students can get all the required materials for college activities. Wi-Fi networks are available for all students in every building. Additionally, projectors are present in every classroom, and the installation of smart boards has just done by the college for students.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful to students. Some of them have also qualified the GATE exam with a decent rank. Their teaching quality is really remarkable. They can answer all doubts of students whenever students want to ask. My personal experience is great. The difficulty level of semester exams is really good. You have to study regularly to clear all aspects. Students are getting good placements based on their skills and are getting ready for their future.
Other: I chose this course because of the high cutoff in other colleges for the branch I wanted. The food quality in the college campus cafeteria could be improved a little bit, as there have been instances where rates are found in the kitchen due to low maintenance. Events are always there for students. Recently, Fahrenheit and Sambhav events were held. The DJ Night and Music Concert played a major role in making events more enjoyable. As there are lots of colleges on campus, there is an issue of crowd gathering. Everyone who took admission through category benefits has to fill the Mahadbt form.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty members, though the campus placements are not .
Placements: Almost 30 % of the students were placed from college placements, the top package being 15 lakhs, and other students went for off-campus, the highest being 30 lakhs. The top recruiting companies are TCS and Mahindra. A lot of students get internships in different electroplating companies.
Infrastructure: All classrooms are having modern technology. Also, smart boards are available in the entire college. It has a hostel of its own, but it is very overpriced. Rather, you should live in a PG, which is way cheaper. The college shares its ground with Dy Patil School, and not many facilities are available. You are not allowed to use the sports ground without permission and are allowed only for fixed time and dates.
Faculty: The teaching quality is really great; many of the teachers have done their Masters from IIT and NIT. The course curriculum is relevant as the college is now autonomous and has its own syllabus, being relevant for industry. The semester exams are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage is 40 %.
Other: I had chosen this course because I had an interest in electronics and also I can have options open for IT placements with this branch .

A review of D. Y Patil College of Engineering.
Placements: Recession does not affect the placement of our college like others. The maximum salary offered is 40 LPA, and the average is 4 LPA, given by companies like Microsoft, HCL, Flipkart, and Amazon. We start getting internships from the third year; I got one at Inthink Technologies with a good stipend of 15-20k. The top role offered is SDE.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is famous in whole Maharashtra. Our college facilities are the best. Free internet is available everywhere with some search restrictions. The library is excellent, but before exams, it becomes full. Hostel facilities include hot water, a B.Ed table, premium TV, and AC. Mess food quality is good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and most of them are Ph.D. qualified, so there's no need to worry about study materials. They provide notes, making it easy to clear exams. The course definitely prepares students for the industry. Semester exams are difficult, but with regular attendance, it becomes easier to clear and score well. The passing percentage of our batch is 70%.
Other: The Best college, no need to worry about placements, just focus on skill development.

Really the best college which I was looking for.
Placements: As of 2022 pass out batch, 86 percent of students get placed. The lowest, average package and the highest average package are INR 4.8 to 41.3 LPA respectively. There are so many companies coming in our college such as Tata consultancy, UNO Minda, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Wipro etc.
Infrastructure: There is wi-fi located in each building. Our college is known for its beautiful infrastructure. There are two canteens inside the college but outside there are hotels and so many canteens available. There is also a big stadium Infront of our college so that sports events can be held there.
Faculty: Teachers have so much knowledge in our college, well educated. Minimum qualification of all teachers is M.E and also learn so many things from that specific field. This course makes the students ready in two fields either computer or electronics that's the reason why I chose these fields.
Other: I like this college very much due to it's best ranking in Pune colleges.

It is the best college for placements.
Placements: More than 90% of students get placed in our course. The lowest salary package offered in our course is 2 LPA and the highest salary package is 12 LPA. Many companies such as TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, and many more offer placements in our college. Our seniors did online internships due to the pandemic.
Infrastructure: Our college consists of a library, a reading room, a digital library with high-speed Wi-Fi in classrooms, and a good environment to study. There are 2 hostels, 1 for boys and 1 for girls. Girls hostel is in front of our college which is easy to travel to. Our college serves healthy and hygienic food for students.
Faculty: Our college provides a mentor for every 15 students to clear their doubts. The course curriculum includes practical knowledge which makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are averagely difficult but our college conducts monthly tests and prelims exams.
Other: I chose this course because it gives me knowledge of both software and hardware technologies. Many groups are available for different activities such as dance, acting, drawing, and many more. Our college organises a fest once a year. Campus surroundings are eco-friendly with greenery all around.

It is an excellent college.
Placements: Placements in our college are too good. Nearly 300 companies visit our campus every year. Almost 80% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 16.5 LPA and the average salary package offered is 5 LPA to 6.5 LPA. Many students get internships.
Infrastructure: The college provides a lot of facilities. There are clean classrooms with purified water for students. The practical lab for each subject is different. The college has a library with a good Wi-Fi connection and fans. There are two canteens that serve good food.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful. They provide excellent opportunities for students. Nearly all teachers are done with their Ph. D.s and they have good experience in teaching. All teachers are excellent at teaching. They are good communicators who motivate students to learn a particular subject.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in it.

The college is good in terms of placements and infrastructure.
Placements: There is not enough information disclosed as of now, placements at the college are quite good since it is off off-campus college. Internships can be done simultaneously with the college as they are supportive. The placement cell helps in this placement process. The placements are moderate. Varies additional courses such as SAP Redhant and cloud courses like GCP AWS etc. are there. Most students get placements on campus. Many students opt for higher studies in foreign universities.
Infrastructure: There are necessary facilities and equipment available. The classrooms have sufficient space for 70 students. The labs have good equipment and libraries have enough good quality books. There is a sports complex. The hostels have very good qualities and Wi-Fi is good in the college. The food is hygienic but not too delicious.
Faculty: I love coding and embedding systems that's why I chose ENTC department. The course curriculum is very irrelevant. If anyone just follows it, then they can get a job. Students should put on effort into their own development. Mostly, the faculty members are well-qualified and have unique teaching skills. The curriculum is not adaptable to recent technologies and teachers teach with old technologies. It does not make students industry ready. Students should put effort into their skill development.
