Small campus but big exploration.
Placements: There are so many companies that come to our college. Last year, nearly above 80 companies came. The count of placed students from CE and IT departments is much greater than the ENTC department. Only 10 percent of ENTC students are placed in tech companies. A few ENTC students are placed in Nvidia.
Infrastructure: The college provides unlimited Wi-Fi for all students on campus. Individual labs are available for each practical subject. But classrooms are limited, so we have to compromise on college timing. Because of that, some batches are taken late. The college library is beneficial for students. Overall, the campus size is small.
Faculty: Some teachers in our department are highly educated and very helpful. Their teaching method is very nice. The course curriculum is designed with entrance exam syllabus in mind, so it makes students ready from an industrial job perspective. The difficulty level of our semester exams is higher than SPPU exams, and the exams are conducted strictly.
Other: Because of the small campus size, the college ground is also small, so only limited sports are available for students. But in terms of educational purpose, the college is very supportive. Students can achieve the levels they dream of.

A step towards my engineering dreams.
Placements: About 90 percent of students are placed in PICT from the 2025 passout batch. The highest package offered is 46 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. The average is 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Phonepay, Arista, etc. Top roles offered are software development, management roles, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure facilities for electronics and telecommunication are not sufficient in PICT. Though the classrooms are big, the labs are not of sufficient size. Medical facilities are not very available, and sports facilities are also not very available because the college has no sports ground. College hostel rooms are good, but the canteen food is not good.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified, but the age gap between the teachers and the students makes it difficult to connect with them. The content is not industry-ready, but it is the foundation for the industry-ready content, so I think that even though the content is not fully industry-ready, it makes the foundation for the students to be industry-ready. The semester exams are quite easy as this college is an autonomous college, but the pass percentage is less, it is about 85 to 90 percent.
Other: I chose this course because it was the best choice for me. I had a keen interest in learning electronics until the examination. There could be better laboratories so that we could learn electronics and telecommunication even better, because we, as hardware students, need many more things.

Satisfied because of the good placements of the college, and the good placements in 2022.
Placements: The batch I'm studying, B.E., is from 2024, and the course is Electronics and Telecommunication. Almost 95% students are placed from the ENTC batch this year (2025). The highest package is around 48 LPA, the average is 10-12 LPA, and the lowest is 8-9 LPA. Top recruiting companies for this course are like TCS, Infosys, Vipro, Microsoft, PhonePe, Paytm, etc. Almost 85% of students got internships in Accenture, Amazon, Wipro, Capgemini, and Morgan Stanley recruiting, though specific internship percentages vary by year and roles focusing on IT & core electronics. Top roles such as Developers, in Software Development, Core Electronics roles, and VLSI.
Infrastructure: PICT college has a well-established infrastructure with Wi-Fi available throughout the campus and in hostel rooms, modern classrooms, smart lecture halls, well-equipped labs for electronics, communication and computing, and a central library with a rich collection of books and online resources that support both academic and project work. The hostel is pretty good, having 24/7 hot water and Wi-Fi. The mess food is below average, not that good.
Faculty: Teachers are generally chill and helpful, having good knowledge of their respective courses. This course makes students fully prepared for the industry requirements. The semester exams are kind of medium, neither easy nor tough. The pass percentage is almost 40% above.
Other: The best thing is only the placements and the friends that you have made in your daily life. The campus area should be vast. Events, fests and other things have occurred eventually, but not that much as expected for the first time. Generally, because of the small area of the campus, events and fests are not that good.

It's the best college for a career, but the worst for overall development.
Placements: Almost 90-95% students are placed in campus placements with an average package of 6-8 LPA. Many students crack off-campus placements with impressive salary packages. College provides very good opportunities for those seeking a career in information technology. Top companies like Nvidia, PhonePe, Veritas, OneCard, Mastercard, BNY, etc., visit the campus every year. Very few students from the ENTC branch get paid campus internships.
Infrastructure: Labs are pretty good. The hostel is okay, but the college canteen is very bad. Sometimes pests are also found in college canteen food. The canteen is totally disgusting.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful for those seeking help, but are also not very interested in teaching the syllabus. Very strict about assignments and attendance. Sem exams are pretty difficult, testing our holistic aptitude and ratta-ability. Almost 98-99% students pass. Faculty is very strict.
Other: I chose this course because of the college's reputation and placement opportunities. The best thing about my course is that it pushes your limits every time in every sem exam. I think reducing the attendance criteria for theory lectures will improve the curriculum so that students can focus on self-study and skill learning. Very bad college from the POV of college events and fests. Only one fest (very boring) is arranged once a year, in which only freshers are interested (because they don’t know the reality). I promise you, everyone finds it boring in SY and onwards. The course is also hectic from the POV of campus placements, which are heavily focused on the IT sector.

Good placement in year 2020 and even after that also as I have heard lot of good insights .
Placements: 80-90 % of students were placed in the academic year 2020. The average package was 6 lacs, where as the highest was 26 LPA The top recruiting companies were PhonePe, Morgan Stanley, and Fiserv. Most of the students/candidates got decent internships at reputed colleges.
Infrastructure: The facility for the course given was outstanding. All the equipment was perfect, as I was an electronics and telecommunications student. Hostel food was also decent. Labs were properly installed, classrooms are moderately modified and even libraries were also decent.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They support us in every situation. They forcefully take all the action that was needed for the growth of the students. The curriculum was also relevant to match the industry standards. Semester exams are a bit difficult.

Your stream should be decided by your interest. In terms of college, PICT is better. In terms of job opportunities (in India), CS is better.

The teaching is good and teachers are always there to help. Is the college okay for girls - in terms of what ? Safety - no issues. Ragging - no ragging.

A score of 130+ is safe to get admission in ENTC. However for CSE, cutoff could be as high as 155-160.
