The minimum eligibility criteria for BA at IGNOU and YCMOU is Class 12 or equivalent examination pass. In addition, IGNOU BA/BA (H) fee ranges between INR 9,600 and INR 31,800 and the BA fees at YCMOU is INR 11,100.
