Engineering Colleges accepting CBSE 12th for B.Tech in India

MSU Baroda offers B.Tech courses under a wide range of specializations. There are a total of 17 specializations under B.Tech, each having a different seat intake. The total annual intake for B.Tech at MSU Baroda is 570 seats, comprising of all seventeen courses. There are multiple branch availability like Civil Eng, Chemical Eng, Trasnport Eng, Computer Eng etc. Special courses like Textile Engineering or technology branches are also available.

You must pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for admission in BTech. A minimum of 45% marks is required for Open Category and 40% for reserved categories. Admission is based on TNEA cut-off score calculated out of 200. The cut-off includes 100 marks for Mathematics and 100 for Physics + Chemistry combined.

The HBTU CSE cutoff 2026 was 29241 for the General AI category in the third round. The HBTU JEE Main cutoff 2026 was released for the 3rd round for admission to the BTech CSE and other courses. Candidates can fill the application form for BTech in CGC University in online mode in the following steps:

• Login using username and password.
• Fill in your application.
• Choose preferred CGCUET test date.

Candidates seeking admission to IGDTUW BTech course must appear for JEE Main exam. IGDTUW accepts JEE Main scores as the qualifying cutoff for admission through JAC Delhi Counselling. JAC Delhi Counselling is a round wise seat allotment process for admission to five participating colleges including IGDTUW. JAC Delhi Counselling is held in four rounds namely Rounds 1,2, 3 and 4 followed by two additional spot rounds (if required). JAC Delhi Counselling results are released for various categories. 

The university reserved a total number of seats for BTech students, i.e., 1,254. Majority of seats are reserved for BTech in Lateral Entry, i.e., 234. As per data available, the BTech seats are reserved for ten specialisations.

The application fee for Amity University Patna is INR 1,500 for BTech. NTA has not announce the JEE Main 2024 form fill up date. However, it is expected that the application forms will be released in December. The tentative JEE Main 2024 application form date session 1 is December first week. JEE Main application form 2024 will be available online on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in 2024. Interested candidates will be able to apply from the official website. JEE Main 2024 registration last date will be last week of December or January first week. As the exam will be conducted in two sessions, NTA will release separate application forms for both the sessions.

Jamia Hamdard has not released the accepted JEE Main cutoff for BTech admission. However, aspirants need to fulfil the eligibiltiy and selection requirements for admission to BTech course. Jamia Hamdard accepts JEE Main for BTech admission. Candidates need to pass Class 12 examination with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and one of the following: Computer Science, Chemistry, Electronics from CBSE or any other Board with at least 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in aggregate to apply for BTech course.
