Further, the duration of PhD courses in ECE can span between 3 years and 6 years on the basis of your specialisation and the institution offering the course.

IIT Patna offers BTech, MTech, MSc, and PhD programmes through its 10 departments. IIT Patna offers four-year BTech programmes at the undergraduate level in 11 specialisations.
