Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering colleges in India

The total tuition fee for VIT Vellore BTech ranges between INR 4.9 lakh and 7.8 lakh. The total course fee, includes a caution deposit of INR 3,000 as well. The fee will vary as per the specialisation selected by the candidates. BTech is available in 24 specialisations, namely Computer Science and Engineering (Bioinformatics), Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, etc. Aspirants are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. Candidates can pay the registration fee via any of the online payment mode. The application fee is INR 1350. 

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For JEE Main Round 6 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 20639 and closing rank was 23632 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 29862 and 33071. Admission to Civil Engineering in NIT Surathkal is based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main entrance exam. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

IIT Dhanbad provides good placements to its students. At the start of phase 1 placement drive 2026, more than 300 offers and 200 PPOs were made. In addition, 4 CSE students were offered package of INR 80 LPA. The placement numbers are expected to increase after the end of phase 2 placements 2026.

For each of the NIT Patna course admissions, aspirants have to meet the set eligibility requirements. The eligibility criteria define the minimum qualification required for selection along with the aggregate. In the below table, the course-wise required percentile is mentioned:

The admission is entrance-based at the institute. Aspirants are required to apply with a valid score of the course-specific accepted entrance examination in order to apply. The accepted entrance exams are JEE Main, CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ GMAT, GATE, etc. Further, the seat allotment process for BTech and MTech is through JoSAA and CCMT counselling, respectively.

The modes of Karunya University course admissions 2023 are online and offline. Admission to various courses is based on merit and entrance exam scores. At the UG level, Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (Deemed University) offers four-year B.Tech, three to four-year B.Sc. Three-year B.A. B.Com BBA and other courses to students. At the PG level, the Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences offers a two-year MBA, M.Sc. M.Tech, and others. Karunya University also offers Ph.D. courses to students.

Diploma is a three-year course divided into six semesters. NMIT Bangalore offers six Diploma courses after Class 10, namely Civil Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science Engineering. Admission for Diploma is through Management Quota only.

If a student fails in the internal exams at Thiagarajar College of Engineering, they'll get the backlog. They can apply for makeup exams if there is a real cause, the sole alternative is to repeat the course or improve if the grade is D. If a student misses an internal exam, they may repeat it if their leave letter is approved by the professor.

The NIT Sikkim CSE average package or other placement details are not out yet. However, the overall placement percentage for BTech has been released. During 2024 placements, 75.37% of BTech students were placed. Earlier, 83.70% of BTech students were placed in the 2023 drive. Harcourt Butler Technical University accepts JEE Main scores, followed by JoSAA Counselling for admission to the BTech course. In 2024, the cutoff ranged between 38255 and 89966 for BTech.

Candidates can choose up to one exam city preference while filling the application form. Anna University allots the exam centre within the preferred exam city or at a the nearest location to the city. However, choosing the exam city preference while filling the form will not guarantee allotment of the exam centre in that particular city. Anna University allocates the test centre considering the best possible comfort of the test takers. Anna University does not entertain any requests for change in the exam centre of exam city.
