Candidates who successfully submitted the IMU CET 2026 application form are issued hall ticket to appear in the entrance test. The IMU CET entrance exam will be held in online mode on May 24, 2026 to shortlist candidates for admission into BSc, BTech, UG Diploma, MTech, MBA, and PhD courses offered at IMU campuses and IMU affiliated colleges.
Earlier the authorities started the test city booking facility on May 4, which continued till May 10, 2026. Registered candidates could login to the website and book their preferred exam city. IMU CET 2026 Exam Overview
The Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test (IMU CET) 2026 exam will be held in computer-based mode on May 24, 2026 across various test centres to shortlist candidates for Diploma in Nautical Science, BSc (Nautical Science), and BE/BTech (Marine Engineering) courses.
Candidates can also join MBA and MTech courses via IMU CET, or they can apply via CMAT/CAT/MAT and CUET PG/GATE/PGCET scores. Preference in admissions will be given to candidates with IMU-CET ranks. Hence, the candidates are encouraged to register for IMU CET.

The IMU CET admit card 2026 is issued to all students who successfully registered for the exam. The hall ticket is made available at the exam body's portal on May 17, 2026. Students can download the hall ticket of IMU CET 2026 using their credentials. The admit card consists of student's name, roll number, exam date, timings, venue, and exam day instructions. While downloading hall ticket, students must keep atleast 2-3 copies for a safer side in case they miss any. They will have to carry admit card to exam centre on exam day along with one valid photo ID proof like aadhar card, voter ID card, PAN card etc. Failing to do so, they will be denied entry to appear in the exam.
IMU CET 2026 Result Dates
The authorities will declare the IMU CET result 2026 online after the entrance exam is over. The IMUCET 2026 result consists of a rank list for UG, MBA, and MTech courses separately. The IMU CET 2026 rank card is also published under the respective logins of candidates. To access the rank card/result of IMU CET 2026, students must log in using their required credentials.
