SUAT 2025 Counselling Process
SUAT 2025 counselling will be conducted online. Qualified candidates can follow steps given below for counselling.
- Candidates will have to register for SUAT 2025 counselling by providing basic details. Registration has to be completed before final date.
- Next, candidates have to pay SUAT counseling fee of INR 1200. Payment can be done through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted.
- After paying fee, candidates have to select their choice of courses. Selection has to be done in order of preference as it will be considered for admission.
- Candidates will have to take a print out of counselling form.
- All registered candidates will have to participate in personal interviews, which will be conducted at campus. Candidates will be informed about date and time for their personal interview.

During SUAT counselling, candidates will be allotted as per their merit rank, preferences and performance in personal interview. Candidates should be careful while submitting their order of preference for BTech courses. A personal interview will also be conducted to know the candidate's aptitude. Performance of candidates in interview will also be considered for SUAT seat allotment.
To participate in personal interview, candidates will have to complete SUAT counselling registration. After all details are submitted and fee is paid, they will have to select their choice of courses in order of preference. After SUAT seat allotment is announced, candidates will have to confirm their admission before final date. To confirm allotment, candidates will have to report to University, submit their documents and pay tuition fee. If candidates cannot confirm their admission before final date, then it will be cancelled.
During SUAT admission confirmation, candidates will have to submit their original documents at University for verification. Along with original, candidates will also have to submit photocopies of their documents. Along with academic documents, candidates will also have to submit their identity proof, registration fee payment receipt and three recent passport sized photographs.
