The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board have released the CG PPT 2025 exam date at the official website. Applicants can check CG PPT exam date at vyapam.cgstate.gov.in. CG PPT exam was conducted in offline pen and paper mode on May 1, 2025. Candidates appearing in the exam had to carry their CG PPT admit card along with one valid photo ID proof to the exam centre.

Q:   Which subjects do I have to study for CG PPT?
A: 

As per the official CG PPT syllabus, the candidates have to study Science (Physics and Chemistry) and Mathematics for the entrance examination. It is to be noted that the level of CG PPT syllabus will be similar to the 10th standard (or equivalent) qualifying examination. Since the CG PPT question paper will be prepared as per the official syllabus, the candidates are advised to be familiar with the topics to be studied.

Q:   Where can I check the CG PPT syllabus?
A: 

CG PPT syllabus has been released online at vyapam.cgstate.gov.in. Through the official syllabus of CG PPT, the candidates can check the details regarding the list of subjects, units and topics that they will have to study for the entrance examination. Before starting the exam preparation, the candidates are advised to revise and become familiar with the official syllabus. 

Q:   What is the division of questions in the CG PPT paper?
A: 

CG PPT will be held as a pen-and-paper-based test at various centres. During the 3 hours of examination, the candidates will have to attempt a total of 150 objective multiple-choice questions. Each section of Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics will have 50 questions each. No extra time will be allotted to the candidates to complete the examination. All questions will be prepared based on the official CG PPT syllabus.

Q:   What is the medium of language for CG PPT?
A: 

As per the official CG PPT exam pattern, the entrance exam will be held in both English and Hindi language. Candidates will be able to choose their choice of language during the exam. Since the exam is an objective test with multiple choice questions, only the questions will be in the choice of language and the candidates will have to mark their answers on the OMR sheet. In case of any problems, the candidates can contact the invigilators present at the exam centre.

Q:   What is the marking scheme of CG PPT?
A: 

The marking scheme of CG PPT allows the candidates understand how their answers are marked by the authorities. According to the official CG PPT marking scheme, the candidates will be allotted one mark for every correct answer. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. Similarly, no marks will be deducted for unattempted questions. Candidates are advised to check the official marking scheme carefully before starting off their preparation process.
