IBPS RRB Application Form 2025: Correction Window OUT

IBPS RRB 2025 application form was released on September 1, 2025. Interested candidates are required to fill the application form online till September 21, 2025. The application fee is INR 850 for General and OBC candidates and INR 175 for SC/ST/PWD categories. Candidates are not required to send the hard copy of their application forms. IBPS RRB application form is released to fill up vacancies for the posts of Officers Scale 1, 2, 3 and Office Assistant. Before filling the application form, candidates must ascertain that they fulfill the eligibility criteria laid down by the examination authority for IBPS RRB exam.

To fill IBPS RRB application form applicants need to visit official website of IBPS, they need to click ‘IBPS RRB Apply Online Link’ on home page,  Register for exam by entering basic details, After registration, registration ID and password are generated, Upload scanned photograph and signature, Proceed towards filling detailed application form, After filling detailed application form, candidates need to preview and submit same, Candidates need to upload left thumb impression and handwritten declaration, They need to pay application fees and take the printout of fee transaction receipt

If the candidate's registration is successful, applicants can take the printout of IBPS RRB application form. If the payment is not successful, the deducted amount will be refunded to candidates. 

The payment for IBPS RRB can be made by using online mode. On successful completion of the payment, receipt is provided. Candidates are required to take a printout of it and online application form.

IBPS RRB eligibility criteria is prescribed by the examination authority separately for different posts. The basic educational qualification for IBPS RRB exam is graduation. However, the educational qualification vary post-wise. The post-wise age limit for IBPS RRB exam is given below:

For Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager): Above 21 years-Below 40 years i.e. candidatesshould not have been born earlier than 03.06.1983 and later than 31.05.2002 (both dates inclusive)
For Officer Scale- II (Manager): Above 21 years - Below 32 years i.e. candidatesshould not have been born earlier than 03.06.1991 and later than 31.05.2002 (both dates inclusive)
For Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager): Above 18 years - Below 30 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1993 and later than 31.05.2005 (both dates inclusive)
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Between 18 years and 28 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.06.1995 and later than 01.06.2005 (both dates inclusive)

The upper age limit is relaxed for candidates belonging to reserved categories.

IBPS RRB application form is released online only. Before filling the application form, candidates must keep documents such as scanned photograph, Signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration ready. They should also keep the credit/debit card ready.

The steps to upload the scanned photograph and signature while filling IBPS RRB application form are given below:

• While filling in the IBPS RRB application form the candidate is provided with separate links for uploading photograph, signature, left thumb impression and hand written declaration and certificate.
• Click on the respective link Upload photograph/ signature/ left thumb impression/ hand written declaration/ certificate.
• Browse and select the location where the Scanned photograph/ signature/ left thumb impression / hand written declaration/ certificate file has been saved.
• Select the file by clicking on it. Click the Open/Upload button.
• If the file size and format are not as prescribed, an error message is displayed Preview the uploaded image as it will help to see the quality of the image. In case of unclear / smudged, the same may be re-uploaded to the expected clarity /quality.

IBPS RRB Online Application will not be registered unless candidates upload their Photograph,  signature, left thumb impression, hand written declaration and certificate.

Candidates can apply for multiple posts in IBPS RRB exam provided they satisfy the basic requirements. Minimum age of candidates should be 18 years. Candidates should be a graduate. Recruitment is done based on selection process.

The prelims exam of IBPS RRB is conducted at more than 170 cities while theMainsexam is conducted at more than 70 cities. The exam of IBPS RRB is conducted in various venues across many centres in India.  No request for change of centre for examination is entertained. IBPS, however, reserves the right to cancel any of the Examination Centres and/ or add some other Centres, at its discretion, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc. IBPS also reserves the right to allot the candidate to any centre other than the one he/she has opted for and a candidate may be allocated a centre of exam outside the State/UT for which vacancies he/she is applying. Candidate will appear for the examination at an Examination Centre at his/her own risk and expenses and IBPS will not be responsible for any injury or losses etc. of any nature. Any unruly behaviour/misbehaviour in the examination hall may result in cancellation of candidature/ disqualification from the exam and also from the future exams conducted by IBPS.

IBPS RRB application form link is made available online. Only one applications are accepted for the exam. Candidates must apply within the prescribed deadline. The application fee can be paid online.

For scanning documents for IBPS RRB application form set scanner resolution to minimum of 200 dpi, Set Colour to True Colour, Crop image in scanner to edge of photograph/signature/ left thumb impression / hand written declaration, then use upload editor to crop image to final size. The image file should be JPG or JPEG format.

IBPS RRB application form should be filled online only. The photograph of candidates should be clear and in proper size. The application fee can be paid online. Hard copy of the application form should not be sent to candidates.
