IBPS RRB Last Minute Preparation Tips 2025: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is conducting IBPS RRB prelims exam for PO and Clerk posts. During IBPS RRB last minute preparation, candidates should focus on revision. They should not stress rather stay calm to perform well in the IBPS RRB exam. IBPS RRB Exam Pattern 2025

IBPS RRB exam pattern for Officers Scale I,II and III comprises prelims exam, mains/single online exam and interview. IBPS RRB exam for Office Assistant (Multipurpose) comprises prelims and mains exam. IBPS RRB exam for prelims, mains, and single-level exams are conducted online. The prelims exam of IBPS RRB Clerk/PO comprises two sections-Numerical Ability/Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability. The duration of the test is 45 minutes and carries 80 marks. IBPS RRB mains exam pattern for Office Assistant is divided into five sections: Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability, General Awareness, English/Hindi Language, and Computer Knowledge. The test paper comprises a total of 200 questions. The maximum number of marks allotted to the test is 200. The duration of the exam is two hours. The mains exam of IBPS RRB PO comprises five sections-Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, English/Hindi Language, and Computer Knowledge. The total marks allotted to the prelims exam are 200.

Take Mock Test

During the last days leading to the exam, minimise the number of mock tests. It is not that candidates will completely stop taking mock tests rather take one mock test in a day just to add the much-needed finishing touch to their preparation. Take a mock test to practice time and topic management before the actual face-off. Analyse the performance after the mock test and if candidates score less, do not get disheartened. Do Not Take Tension, Keep the Necessary Documents Ready

Do not take tension as it can ruin candidates' performance in the exam. Just believe in your preparation and give your best in the exam. Take a printout of IBPS RRB admit card and read the instructions given on it carefully. Don’t forget to carry the photocopy as well as the original copy of ID proof. Candidates need to also carry two copies of passport-size photographs identical to the one uploaded during the registration.

Be Careful While Choosing Questions

Candidates should be very careful while choosing questions to attempt in the exam as your every move and decision can make or break your deal. Do not spend too long in any particular section or question. Do not take anything on your ego, candidates may feel that they know the concepts to solve a question and yet unable to crack it during the exam. In such a case, just skip it and try another question. Candidates can skip a question if they feel it is time-consuming. In the end, candidates have to score enough to clear the sectional and overall IBPS RRB cutoff.

IBPS RRB scorecard is required to be downloaded online only. There is no facility to check the same offline. It is released few days after the declaration of the result. Candidates can get it by logging with the required credentials.

There is no facility to recheck IBPS RRB result. The same announced by the examination authority is considered as final. The result is announced online. Candidates can check their results by logging with the required credentials.

IBPS RRB normalisation of marks is done since the exam is conducted in multiple shifts. This is followed to adjust the difficulty level of the questions across various sessions. The result and cut off are decided based on normalisation.
