IBPS RRB Recruitment 2024: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will release IBPS RRB recruitment 2024 notice in June 2024. IBPS RRB recruitment is done for Group A Officers Scale I (Assistant Manager), Scale II (Manager), Scale III (Senior Manager), Group B Office Assistant (Multipurpose). Q:   When IBPS RRB notification 2024 will be released?

The short notification for IBPS RRB 2024 exam is expected to be released in May. The detailed notification is expected to be released in June 2024. IBPS RRB notification will be released in PDF form and comprises information related to the exam dates, vacancies, participating banks, pattern, and syllabus. IBPS RRB is a national-level banking exam for recruitment of Group A-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group B-Office Assistant (Multipurpose). Depending on the vacancies as per the business needs of the Regional Rural Banks, candidates shortlisted are provisionally allotted to one of the Regional Rural Banks keeping in view the merit-cum-preference.

The application fee is INR 850 for General and OBC candidates and INR 175 for SC/ST/PWD categories. Candidates are not required to send the hard copy of their application forms. IBPS RRB application form 2024 was released. The application fee is INR  850 for General/OBC/EWS candidates while it is INR 175 for SC/ST/PwD categories. The steps to apply online are given below:

  • Visit the official website of IBPS
  • Register using your mobile number and email id
  • Fill in all the basic details such as name, address, contact number, etc. to register
  • Upload the scanned documents such as photograph, signature, handwritten declaration, and left thumb impression.
  • Fill the detailed application form that comprises three parts.
  • Check the details before final submission
  • Pay the application fees and click on final submit

The facility to download the IBPS RRB admit card is made available at least one week before the exam. The admit card is released separately for different stages of the recruitment process. Candidates can download the admit card online in the following manner:

IBPS RRB Exam Pattern

IBPS RRB exam pattern is different for different posts. IBPS RRB exam pattern for Officers Scale 1 comprises prelims exam, mains exam, and interview. IBPS RRB Recruitment Process

IBPS RRB recruitment process for various posts is explained below:

  • Selection for the post of Officers Scale I, II, and III is done on the basis of prelims, mains & single level exam and interview
  • For the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose), the selection is done on the basis of the mains exam
  • Candidates should note that the marks obtained in the prelims exam are counted for determining the final merit list
  • Selected candidates need to fulfill the eligibility criteria of the participating banks
  • Allotment of candidates is done in any one of the 43 participating banks

Q:   What is the application fee for the IBPS RRB exam?

A:

The application fee for IBPS RRB exam is INR 850 for General and OBC candidates and INR 175 for SC/ST/PWD categories. Applicants need to pay the application fee online only. The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets. After final submission, an additional page of the online application form is displayed wherein candidates may follow the instructions and fill in the requisite details. If the online transaction is not successfully completed then candidates are advised to login again with their provisional registration number and password and pay the application fees/intimation charges online. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt is generated. Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-receipt and online application form
containing fee details.
