The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is conducting IBPS RRB Clerk exam from today. The exam is conducted in four shifts- 9.05 AM to 9.50 AM, 11.20 AM to 12.05 PM, 1.35 PM to 2.20 PM, and 3.50 PM to 4.35 PM. The overall difficulty level of the IBPS RRB Clerk 2025 exam was easy to moderate. The exam carries a total of 80 questions from Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude. Q:   What is the cutoff for IBPS RRB?
A:

IBPS RRB PO cutoff is different from IBPS RRB Clerk cut off. The cut off is applied on the overall score and individual sections. IBPS RRB cutoff is released category-wise and state-wise. Candidates securing equal to or more than the cutoff marks are declared qualified in each stage of the exam. Going through IBPS RRB cutoff, candidates can plan their preparation strategy for the IBPS RRB. Knowledge of IBPS RRB cut off helps candidates in analysing and gauging the competition level of the exam. The increase or decrease in the IBPS RRB cut off is determined by various factors. A:

IBPS RRB cut off for the prelims exam is calculated out of 80 marks. IBPS RRB Mains cut off is calculated out of 200 marks. The provisional allotment cut off is calculated out of 100 marks. Candidates securing equal to or more than the cut off marks are declared qualified in each stage of selection process. As the exam is conducted in different shifts, the cut off is calculated after normalising the marks of candidates. Normalisation of IBPS RRB cut off is done to maintain transparency in the examination process.

Jitesh said, "I have attempted 71 questions. Both the sections were easy. In Reasoning, the Blood Relation questions were though. The exam paper was though compared to last year."

Prabhat said, "The exam paper was easy. I have attempted around 64 questions. Reasoning was more difficult than Maths."
