IGNOU BEd Exam Pattern 2026: The exam conducting authority, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) sets the exam pattern of the BEd entrance exam which is mentioned in its official notification. Candidates taking the IGNOU BEd entrance exam can check the pattern before starting their preparation. The exam pattern of IGNOU BEd entrance exam consists of the mode, sections, and types of questions asked IGNOU BEd exam along with the marking scheme. As per the exam pattern, the IGNOU B.Ed Entrance Test is of 2-hour duration exam while the exam is conducted in offline mode. As per the IGNOU B.Ed Entrance Test Pattern question paper is divided into two parts (parts A and B) spread over a total of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The maximum number of marks that candidates can secure in the exam is 100. Questions in the IGNOU B.Ed entrance test will be asked in both Hindi and English languages.

As per the official exam pattern, the part A of the IGNOU B.Ed Entrance Test is divided into four sections. Candidates need to mandatorily attempt questions from all the sections.
