MAH HM CET Application Form 2026: Registration Date, Fees, Steps to Apply, Form Correction

Candidates need to have following important documents and information handy to complete online MAH HM CET application form.

1. Mobile Number: A valid mobile number is required for registration of user in system.
2. Email ID: A valid Email ID is required for registration of user in system.
3. Documents: Scanned Photograph, Signature, and photo ID proof. Scanned photo and signature must be of following specifications.

Note that photo ID proof can be any one of following:

• PAN card
• Indian passport
• Permanent driving license
• Voter’s ID card
• Bank passbook with photograph
• Aadhaar Card
• E-aadhaar card print with a photograph
• Recent ID card issued by school/college
• Photo ID proof issued by a gazetted officer on official letterhead with photo
• Photo ID proof issued by a people’s representative on official letterhead with photo

Note: Uploaded photo ID proof is to be carried at exam hall with MAH HM CET admit card.

Candidates can follow steps below to complete online application process of MAH HM CET 2026. Each step is important to proceed to next one. Also, all details in form must be filled correctly. Details filled in form will be verified at time of MAH HM CET counselling and admission.

1. Registration ( for first-time users)

• Visit official website cetcell.mahacet.org, or click on direct link available on this page.
• Click on “Online registration form MAH MHMCT CET 2026 /MAH BHMCT CET 2026”.
• Next, read all instructions that appear on screen and click on “I Accept and Proceed”.
• Now candidates can register themselves by clicking on "New Registration" button on home page.
• After opening online registration form, candidates should enter below-given details:
• Full Name (As Printed on SSC/HSC Marksheet)
• Father's Name (FIRST NAME ONLY)
• Mother's Name (FIRST NAME ONLY)
• Gender 
• Marital Status and Date of Birth
• Religion
• Region
• Mother Tongue
• Annual Family Income (Optional)
• Nationality
• Permanent Address
• Address for correspondence
• Mobile number and Email ID
• Password of choice
• After filling in these details candidates have to click “Save and Proceed” button.

2. OTP Verification 

State CET Cell sends a One Time Password (OTP) on registered mobile number to verify Login. Here is what to do:

• After receiving One Time Password (OTP), candidates have to enter it in space provided and click “Verify OTP”.
• After Verification of One Time Password (OTP), candidates can proceed ahead.
• If candidates do not receive OTP on entered mobile number, click on "Resend OTP" button and try again. 
• After verification of OTP, candidates are given an “Application Number” generated by a computer system.
• Note application number as it is needed for login every time along with password.

3. Sign In and fill in application form

After registering online, enter application number generated by system and chosen password while registering on login screen and click on “Sign In” button. Candidates have to complete application form in following stages:

1. Filling in domicile and category details
2. Filling qualification details
3. Selecting exam enter your preference
4. Uploading photo and signature
5. Uploading a photo ID proof
6. Preview and validate the details filled
7. Paying the application fee
8. Print the application form

4. Preview and Validate Information

In this step, candidate needs to validate entered information before proceeding towards final submissions.

• If candidate wants to change information, then he/she should click on Edit button.
• After Validation, if all details filled in by candidate are correct and final then candidate should click on “Proceed for Payment” button for payment. 

5. Pay application fee

Candidates need to check details filled in application form carefully before proceeding towards Payment. After successful Payment, student will be unable to make any changes to application form Details. If candidate selects Online Payment mode, then system will redirect candidate to Payment Gateway to proceed with Online Payment Process. One can pay fees using Debit Card, Credit Card, Online Banking.

To complete MAH HM CET 2026 application form, candidates must pay exam fee online. Fee amount differs based on candidate's category and whether they are applying for BHMCT or MHMCT programs. Details are as follows:

MAH HM CET 2026 Application Fee Payment Mode: Candidates can choose any one of below given online payment modes to pay application fee.

1. Card
2. UPI/QR
3. Net banking
4. Online wallet (PhonePe and more)

Note: No offline payment options are accepted. Payment must be done online only.

6. Print the application form

Candidates can print application form after payment of MAH HM CET Application Form 2026 is completed. This printout must be kept safe with candidates. There is no need to send form to authorities.

Students need to scan their documents in exact format and size that is given on this page, so they can upload images properly in online application form. You can follow this small guide on how to upload scanned documents and images in application form.

Uploading scanned photo / signature / photo ID proof:

• You first click on “select upload type”, it’s right there on screen.
• After that, you pick Photograph / Signature / Photo ID proof, depending what you want to upload that moment.
• Then you press Open button, and you move to folder where your photo kept, and you just choose it.
• Sometimes picture doesn’t fit nicely, so you tap the Crop option/tab and trim photo a little.
• When you finish cropping, you only need to click Upload, and file goes in form. 
• Once it’s done, your uploaded photograph or signature will show on screen so you can see if it looks okay.
