MAH HM CET Application Form 2026: How to Apply, Fees, Correction Window

The MAH HM CET 2026 registration and form submission are completely online. Candidates can fill out the application form by visiting the official website only. A link to access the official website to apply for MAH HM CET 2026 will also be provided below.

To apply for MAH HM CET 2026, candidates have to be eligible as per the conditions given in the table below:

Candidates need to have the following important documents and information handy to complete the online MAH HM CET application form.

1. Mobile Number: A valid mobile number is required for the registration of the user in the system.
2. Email ID: A valid Email ID is required for the registration of the user in the system.
3. Documents: Scanned Photograph, Signature, and photo ID proof. The scanned photo and signature must be of the following specifications.

Note that the photo ID proof can be any one of the following:

• PAN card
• Indian passport
• Permanent driving license
• Voter’s ID card
• Bank passbook with photograph
• Aadhaar Card
• E-aadhaar card print with a photograph
• Recent ID card issued by school/college
• Photo ID proof issued by a gazetted officer on official letterhead with photo
• Photo ID proof issued by a people’s representative on official letterhead with photo

Note: The uploaded photo ID proof is to be carried at the exam hall with the MAH HM CET admit card.

Candidates can follow the steps below to complete the online application process of MAH HM CET 2026. Each step is important to proceed to the next one. Also, all details in the form must be filled correctly. The details filled in the form will be verified at the time of MAH HM CET counselling and admission.

Step 1: Registration ( for first-time users)

• Visit the official website cetcell.mahacet.org, or click on the direct link available on this page.
• Click on “Online registration form MAH MHMCT CET 2026 /MAH BHMCT CET 2026”.
• Next, read all the instructions that appear on the screen and click on “I Accept and Proceed”.
• Now candidates can register themselves by clicking on the "New Registration" button on the home page.
• After opening the online registration form, the candidates should enter the below-given details:
• Full Name (As Printed on SSC/HSC Marksheet)
• Father's Name (FIRST NAME ONLY)
• Mother's Name (FIRST NAME ONLY)
• Gender 
• Marital Status and Date of Birth
• Religion
• Region
• Mother Tongue
• Annual Family Income (Optional)
• Nationality
• Permanent Address
• Address for correspondence
• Mobile number and Email ID
• Password of choice
• After filling in these details candidates have to click the “Save and Proceed” button.

Step 2: OTP Verification

State CET Cell sends a One Time Password (OTP) on the registered mobile number to verify the Login. Here is what to do:

• After receiving the One Time Password (OTP), candidates have to enter it in the space provided and click “Verify OTP”.
• After Verification of One Time Password (OTP), candidates can proceed ahead.
• If candidates do not receive OTP on the entered mobile number, click on the "Resend OTP" button and try again. 
• After verification of OTP, the candidates are given an “Application Number” generated by a computer system.
• Note the application number as it is needed for login every time along with the password.

Step 3: Sign In and fill in the application form

After registering online, enter the application number generated by the system and the chosen password while registering on the login screen and click on the “Sign In” button. The candidates have to complete the application form in the following stages:

1. Filling in domicile and category details
2. Filling qualification details
3. Selecting exam enter your preference
4. Uploading photo and signature
5. Uploading a photo ID proof
6. Preview and validate the details filled
7. Paying the application fee
8. Print the application form

Step 4: Preview and Validate Information

In this step, the candidate needs to validate the entered information before proceeding towards final submissions.

• If the candidate wants to change the information, then he/she should click on the Edit button.
• After Validation, if all the details filled in by the candidate are correct and final then the candidate should click on the “Proceed for Payment” button for payment. 

Step 5: Pay the application fee

Candidates need to check the details filled in the Application Form carefully before proceeding towards the Payment. After successful Payment, the Candidate will be unable to make any changes to the Application Form Details. If the candidate selects Online Payment mode, then the system will redirect the candidate to Payment Gateway to proceed with the Online Payment Process. Candidates can pay the fees using Debit Card, Credit Card, Online Banking.

To complete the MAH HM CET 2026 application form, candidates must pay the exam fee online. The fee amount differs based on the candidate's category and whether they are applying for BHMCT (Bachelor) or MHMCT (Master) programs. The details are as follows:

MAH HM CET 2026 Application Fee Payment Mode: Candidates can choose any one of the below given online payment modes to pay the application fee.

1. Card
2. UPI/QR
3. Net banking
4. Online wallet (PhonePe and more)

Note: No offline payment options are accepted. Payment must be done online only.

Step 6: Print the application form

Candidates can print the application form after the payment of the MAH HM CET Application Form 2026 is completed.. This printout must be kept safe with the candidates. There is no need to send the form to the authorities.

To upload the documents and the images in the online application form candidates must scan them in specific formats and sizes as provided on this page. Here is a guide on how to upload the scanned documents and images in the application form:

Uploading the scanned photo/signature/photo ID proof:

• Step 01: Click on “select the upload type”.
• Step 02: Select the upload type “Photograph/Signature/photo ID proof”.
• Step 03: Click on the “Open” button. And navigate the candidate photo and select. To resize the selected photo, click on the “Crop” Option/tab as shown below and crop the photo. Then, to upload the photo candidate needs to click on the Upload button.
• Step 04: Uploaded the photograph/signature of candidates will be displayed on the screen.
