Hello Nishar Ahmed, Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Khalsa College of Delhi seems to have lost its way but it's trying to recover. It has of course obtained an NAAC grading of "A" which is quite good. Besides this, in the national institutional ranking framework the college was appearing in the top 40 for quite many years before sleeping to about 70 and then recovering again quite well. These rankings are based on the overall performance which includes the staff the facilities etc. which the college provides to the students. Any recurring institution which is in the top 40 can be considered quite good. And based on this logic one can say that the post-graduation in Arts in different subjects offered by this institution is quite good. 
Here I would like to admit and say that selection of a college to seek admission in Delhi is a very tough choice.

No, you can't directly get admission to Gargi College, University of Delhi. In 2022, Gargi College adopted the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admission to undergraduate courses. Candidates for UG courses will be shortlisted based on their performance in the CUET examination in a specific subject. Candidates seeking admission to PG courses will need to appear for the CUET PG examination. 

The minimum percentage that students should get to qualify for seat in the maitreyi college is 80. If percentage is less than 80 there are some less chances to get seat in the maitreyi college.However, The scores of CUET UG and CUET PG will be evaluated for the cutoff for UG and PG courses respectively. There will be a total of 3 rounds for the Maitreyi College cut off 2023. Moreover, the cutoff will be released in the form of Seat Allotment Lists on the official portal of the CSAS of DU. A variety of factors will affect the cutoff for Maitreyi College.

Step 4: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the Indraprastha College for Women will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification. 

Step 5: Once Indraprastha College for Women accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat.

Jawaharlal Nehru University accepts CUET-UG and CUET-PG entrance test scores for admission to several undergraduate, postgraduate, certificate and PG Diploma courses. The University also accepts a few national-level entrance exam scores for admission to courses such as BTech, MBA, etc. For admission to BA (Hons.) in Foreign Languages, BSc-MSc Integrated programme in Ayurveda Biology and Certificate of Proficiency courses, JNU accepts CUET-UG scores.
