IIM Kozhikode Placements 2023: Highest Salary INR 67 LPA; Average CTC INR 31.02 LPA
IIM Kozhikode placements 2023 recorded average salary offer of INR 31.02 lakh per annum which is marginally up from last year. The highest salary offer stood at 67.02 lakh per annum. Read all about IIM Kozhikode final placements 2023.
IIM Kozhikode wrapped up the final placements process for 2021-2023 PGP, PGP Liberal Studies & Management and PGP Finance batches on a high note. The institute achieved 100 per cent placement with 559 offers made by 123 recruiters. About 36 new recruiters participated in the IIM Kozhikode final placement process this year.
Among other highlights, there was a 70% increase in the number of offers rolled out in the BFSI domain as compared to the previous year whereas in General Management domain the offers increased by 136% compared to the previous year.
As per the IIM Kozhikode placement report 2023, the highest CTC offer of INR 67.02 lakh per annum was made in IT/Analytics. The average CTC offer stood at INR 31.02 lakh per annum and the median CTC stood at 27 lakh per annum.
Maximum offers were made in Consulting (33%) followed by Finance (26%). General Management made up for 14% offers, while IT/Analytics domain recorded 11% of the total offers. 10% offers were made in Sales and Marketing and Operations recorded 6% offers.
This year, IIM Kozhikode welcomed 36 new recruiters. Some of them include Aditya Birla Group, Ambit Capital, HCL Technologies, Hindustan Petroleum, Mercedes Benz, Piramal Alternatives, Procter & Gamble and ZEE Entertainment.
