The institute completed is final placement process of MBA and MBA HR batches with 154 companies recruiting students in various job roles across domains such as Sales & Marketing, Strategy & Consulting, Operations, IT Analytics and Finance.

The first batch of IPM at IIM Ranchi was started in 2021 and it will end in the year 2026. Therefore, the placements did not take place yet.
