The institute completed is final placement process of MBA and MBA HR batches with 154 companies recruiting students in various job roles across domains such as Sales & Marketing, Strategy & Consulting, Operations, IT Analytics and Finance.

IIM Ranchi Placements 2023 vs 2022 vs 2021
IIM Ranchi had not recorded international offers in 2021 and 2022, but this year overseas offers were reported during the final placements. The institute has however, been constantly seeing an increase in the average salary offers in both MBA and MBA HR programmes. Check the table below for salary data (MBA) of last three years.
The first batch of IPM at IIM Ranchi was started in 2021 and it will end in the year 2026. Therefore, the placements did not take place yet. But according to the reviews provided by verified students of IIM Ranchi, the placement drive for IPM students will be the same as for students pursuing MBA from IIM Ranchi because, at the end of IPM, students will be awarded an MBA degree.
