MU BAAT Exam Pattern 2026: Know Latest Marking Scheme & Exam Duration

Masters’ Union- Business Aptitude and Admissions Test (MU-BAAT) is conducted in three rounds every year. Candidates can choose to appear for the MU BAAT exam round as per their preference. MU BAAT 2026 notification has been released online. As per the notification, MU BAAT 2026 will be conducted in three rounds. MU BAAT 2026 round 1 is scheduled to be held till October 19. Round 2 and Round 3 dates will be notified

MU BAAT is an entry-level exam for PG programme in Technology and Business Management. It is a full time programme offered for 16 months. Candidates willing to appear for MU BAAT 2026 must ensure to fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria to avoid any disqualification. 

MU BAAT is a computer-based exam conducted twice a year for admission to MBA courses offered by Masters' Union School of Business, Gurgaon. MU BAAT question paper is divided in four sections: Data Interpretation and Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Skills, and Caselet Assessment. The duration of the exam is 90 minutes.

MU BAAT question papers are not released online. However, to prepare for MU BAAT candidates can solve CAT previous year question papers. Candidates must complete the questions in 90 minutes.

No, It is not compulsory to appear for MU BAAT for admission to PGP TBM programme of Masters' Union. Candidates having valid score in GMAT, GRE, or CAT will be exempted from taking MU BAAT process. Such candidates will be shortlisted for interview rounds basis on the score obtained in GMAT, GRE or CAT examination. 

However, if a candidate feels that his/her score in GMAT, GRE and CAT is not competitive enough, they can opt to take MU BAAT exam. MU BAAT 2026 will be held in three phases. The first phase of MU BAAT will be held till October 19, 2025.
