JSS College of Pharmacy accepts the following entrance exam scores for admission to its various courses:

• For B.Pharm course, candidates must take and pass the JSS AHER UG Entrance Test conducted by JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, Mysuru.
• For M.Pharm course, candidates must have a valid score in the GPAT (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
• For Pharm.D course, candidates must have a valid score in the NIPER JEE (National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Joint Entrance Examination) conducted by the NIPER, Mohali.
• For D.Pharm course, candidates are selected based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) and the interview conducted by the college.
• For PhD course, candidates must have a valid score in the JSS AHER PhD Entrance Test conducted by JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, Mysuru.
