Encouraging Leadership and Societal Impact

In her convocation address, Prabha Narasimhan urged the graduating students to embrace leadership that fosters a culture of inspiration and contribution. She emphasized that leadership is not merely about achievements but also about recognizing potential and committing to societal contributions. "The future is in your hands, and the responsibility to build a sustainable world rests with you," she said.

Building Business Owners: A Focus on Entrepreneurship

In line with its vision of #BuildingBusinessOwners, IIM Raipur continued its efforts to cultivate entrepreneurial spirit among its students. Through partnerships with organizations like SIDBI and the MSME Ministry, IIM Raipur launched certificate and skill development programs, including the successful Certificate Program in Entrepreneurship (CPE). The student-run E-Cell played an active role in fostering entrepreneurial enthusiasm, hosting events such as Pitch Perfect, Biz Quiz, and E-Mela.

Executive Learning and Development (EL&D) Initiatives

IIM Raipur's Executive Learning and Development initiatives saw remarkable success in 2024, with over 2,000 participants engaged in 45+ programs. The institute conducted 42 high-impact programs, including courses for Navy officers and the prestigious Chintan Shivir for Cabinet Ministers. Flagship programs such as the Senior Management Program (SMP) and General Management Program (GMP) continue to thrive, and plans for international leadership programs are underway.
