The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur has joined forces with the Academy of Digital Health Sciences to announce the commencement of the second batch of its Executive Leadership Development Programme. Aimed at aspiring founders, CEOs, and senior management professionals, the program's applications opened on August 1, 2024.

Flexible Learning Format

This meticulously designed executive program offers a flexible learning experience through asynchronous lectures delivered via pre-recorded sessions, allowing participants to learn at their own pace. The curriculum incorporates real-world insights through case studies, complemented by live interactions that promote engagement with faculty and industry experts. To enhance practical knowledge, immersive workshops will be conducted at IIM Raipur, providing hands-on training and exposure necessary for implementing entrepreneurial ideas effectively. Candidates will be assessed based on quizzes and case studies throughout the course.

Addressing Critical Gaps in Healthcare

Dr Ram Kumar Kakani, Director of IIM Raipur, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, โ€œIt is a day of great pleasure as both institutions have recognized Micro, Small, and Medium Hospitals (MSMHs) as critical in driving equitable access to Indiaโ€™s healthcare system. In this context, the gap that needs to be filled quickly is the lack of actionable insights into the emerging digital health paradigm. Hence, we have co-developed this executive program to upskill senior management further and unlock transformative opportunities.โ€

Transforming Healthcare Organizations

The program aims to transition 'Small Health Care Organizations' into 'Smart Health Care Organizations.' It focuses on practical strategies for driving growth and profitability in hospitals, covering essential topics such as hospital infrastructure, innovation, management strategies, digital health technologies, and continuous quality improvement. The course will also explore emerging care models and new revenue streams.
