The CTET normalisation process 2021-22 will ensure that the candidates are evaluated fairly on a balanced parameter to declare the CTET result 2021-2022. For instance, it might be possible that Candidate A who appeared in Shift 1 found the paper easy in comparison to Candidate B who took Shift 2 and was allotted a bit more difficult set of CTET question papers.
