Steps to fill the UPCATET 2025 Application Form
Candidates must follow these steps to complete their online application successfully:
Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website, i.e. upcatet.net
Step 2: Candidates must read the guidelines mentioned on the site before filling out the form.
Step 3: Candidates must have all the required documents and should be aware of the important details before filling out the application process.
Step 4: Candidates need to upload scanned documents as per the given format, such as a passport-size photo (40 KB, .jpg format, taken after March 1, 2025, with name and date mentioned), their signature (40 KB, .jpg format), their right index finger impression (40 KB, .jpg format), and their sports certificate (200 KB, .jpg format, if needed).
Step 5: After filling out the form and uploading the documents, candidates must submit the UPCATET 2025 application fee.
Step 6: Last, after submitting the form, save a copy of the application form for future reference.
UPCATET 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Here are some important points related to the UPCATET 2025 Eligibility Criteria that candidates must be aware of before filling out the application form for the UPCATET 2025 Exam.
Applicants before filling the application form for UPCATET must have their Aadhar Number, valid Email ID and Phone number, and a Scanned copy of their academic documents, PWD, EWS, Caste & other important certificates i.e Sports, Freedom fighter etc.
Applicants are advised to carefully fill the UPCATET online form, as if any information is incorrectly filled then their candidature can be rejected at any stage of admission process.
Applicants will have to fill in two cities of their choice while filling the application form. There will be more than 10 exam centres available for students to choose from. They need to fill the two the nearest exam centres to their location.
Most of the time first exam centre is often allotted to candidates but in case of non-availability second exam centre is allotted. Candidates must note that they must fill the form early as exam centres are often allocated on a first come first serve basis.
- For BVSc & AH Course: The minimum age of candidates must be 17 years and the maximum 25 years as of December 31, 2025. However, candidates who belong to the SC/ST/OBC category get a 5-year relaxation in the upper age limit.
- For Other Undergraduate Courses: The minimum age of candidates must be 16 years and the maximum 22 years as of December 31, 2025. Also, candidates who belong to the SC/ST/OBC category get a 5-year relaxation.
- For Postgraduate Courses: There is no age limit.

The application fee is required to be paid after filling the form. otherwise the form will not be accepted by the authorities. This year updated fees will be mentioned in UPCATET 2024 notification but according to previous year details, male candidates from General & OBC category have to pay INR 1350 while all other male & female candidates have to pay INR 1100 application fees.
The application fees need to be paid online via Debit card, Credit card, Net banking etc. Once the fee is paid students are required to download the receipt of fees as some time due to any error if their candidature is rejected then they can raise their concern along with payment proof.
