AIIMS BSc nursing exam dates have been released by AIIMS Delhi. The AIIMS BSc nursing application form was available from April 8, 2025 onwards. The basic registration closed on May 7, 2025. The AIIMS BSc nursing final registration began on April 17, 2025. The AIIMS BSc nursing final application form closed on May 15, 2025

Candidates interested in applying for the exam are advised to find out the difference between AIIMS BSc nursing basic registration and AIIMS BSc nursing final registration in the upcoming section. Meanwhile, the AIIMS BSc nursing (hons) exam dates were also released. The AIIMS BSc nursing (hons) will be held on June 1, 2025. The AIIMS BSc nursing (post-basic) exam will be conducted on June 21, 2025

Meanwhile, candidates must know that AIIMS Delhi has instituted the PAAR method of registration. It will allow applicants to register for the exam in two stages. The first stage of AIIMS Nursing registration is known as Basic registration. If the AIIMS Nursing application form gets accepted in this state, then the candidates can proceed to the second stage. The second stage of registration is the final registration. Only if the application form is accepted at both stages, the AIIMS Nursing Entrance Exam registration process is deemed to be complete.

Q:   What is the last date to apply for the AIIMS Nursing exam (basic registration)?
A:

Candidates can apply (basic registration) for the AIIMS B.Sc. Nursing, Post-basic B.Sc. Nursing and Paramedical nursing course as per the schedule announced by AIIMS Delhi. AIIMS Delhi released an official notification providing complete details about the last date and exam schedule. The registration timeline has not been released yet. During this window candidates will be able to apply for basic registration and then proceed for final registration if the application form gets accepted. 

Q:   Will I get a confirmation email for the online submission of the AIIMS Nursing 2026 application form?
A:

Yes, on submitting the AIIMS Nursing 2026 application form, candidates will receive an email and SMS related to the submission of the form on their registered email ID and mobile number.

Q:   Is AIIMS BSc Nursing 2025 Registration extended?
A:

The authorities released a notice which mentioned the deadline for the AIIMS BSc registration porcess. Applicants were allowed to do the basic registration till May 7, 2025. While the code generation and final registration started on April 17, 2025. The last date for submission of AIIMS nursing basic application form was May 15, 2025. 

It is the first step to register for the AIIMS Nursing entrance exam. In this stage, candidates must fulfill the following steps:

  1. Fill in the essential details like personal information, educational qualifications, and a scanned photo
  2. Upload required documents like ID proof and other essential details.
  3. No application fee is required to be paid at this stage
  4. On successful registration, the applicant will receive a registration number

If the application form gets accepted at this stage, the candidate will have to proceed with final registration.

The final registration is the final step. It affirms that the application form is accepted at stage one and the candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam.

  1. Specific details such as educational background, schooling, etc., will be asked here.
  2. Candidates must upload the documents required for cross-checking the information provided in the application form
  3. Pay the application fee

Those candidates who complete the final registration stage and pay the application fee will be issued an admit card to appear for the exam.

Q:   What is the AIIMS Nursing 2025 application fee?
A:

The application fee of the AIIMS nursing 2026 exam is fixed by AIIMS Delhi. For General category candidates the application fee is INR 2000/- whereas for the reserved category candidates it is INR 1,600/- in the current academic year. The application fee can be paid online using net banking and debit/credit card. PwD candidates are exempted from making any application fee payment. The first stage which is the basic registration stage wherein no application fee is required. The final registration stage requires the candidate to pay a sum of non-refundable and non-transferable amounts. 

Q:   When will AIIMS BSc Nursing 2026 registration begin?
A:

The registration window for AIIMS Bsc Nursing and post-basic exam will begin tentatively in April 2026. The AIIMS nursing registration process will be conducted and organised online at the official website, ugcourses.aiimsexams.ac.in. Candidates will be given more than 30 days to participate in the basic and final registration process. 

Q:   Should I resubmit AIIMS BSc Nursing 2026 application form if I have made an error in the form?
A:

No, candidates cannot resubmit the AIIMS Nursing application form if they have made an error while filling the application form. AIIMS will review each application form and will allow the candidates to edit the information in a stipulated time frame. Also, AIIMS will share the list of selected and rejected application forms.

In case the signature is to be uploaded on the AIIMS nursing application form, it should ideally be of the size "20 kb – 100 kb" and the file format should be "jpg/jpeg/gif/png" only. It is advised if candidates can name the file as "Signature. (format)" before uploading it on the AIIMS paramedical
