GITAM Visakhapatnam BSc admissions are entirely entrance-based. Candidates seeking admission to the BSc programme offered in any of the affiliated colleges of the University must appear for GITAM Admission Test (GAT) followed by the Personal Interview. Candidates cannot get direct admission to the BSc programme at GITAM Visakhapatnam.

Vardhman Mahavir Medical College (VMMC) admits students to its BSc Hons Nursing course, based on merit in NEET-UG/IPU CET. Candidates seeking admission to the nursing courses offered at MMU Solan which include BSc in Nursing and GNM are required to appear for the entrance test conducted by the University. Therefore, they cannot get direct admission to these specialisations while on another hand, admission to rest of the specialisations is based on marks secured by candidates in Class 12 examination in medical stream.

The selection process for BSc courses at Baba Farid University of Health Sciences is based on merit for all specialisations, except for one specialisation i.e., BSc in Nursing. For admission to the BSc in Nursing, the college accepts the scores of the Punjab Para Medical Entrance Test (PPMET). Moreover, if candidate is getting admission to BSc courses through merit or by entrance, they are required to appear for counselling process.

1. One has to fill the form of NEET exam for MBBS and INI CET for MD, M.Ch etc. and gave the exam and get the good rank.

To get admitted in United University BSc course, candidates must first qualify the eligbility criteria as per the specialisations. Eligible candidates must fill out the application form, that is available on the official website of the United University. While submitting the application form, candidates must pay the application fee. Once the application form is submitted, candidates are shortlisted based on their qualification. Shortlited candidates are allotted BA(Hons) seats for admission. Candidates must pay the United University BSc (Hons) fees of IINR 1.3 lakh - INR 5.7 lakh, to secure the seats. Candidates who have completed Class 12 with PCBE subjects and a minimum of 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for BSc Nursing offered at Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow. Reserved category candidates need a minimum of 45% aggregate to be eligible for the course. However, the final selection of candidates is done based on the scores obtained by them in the entrance exam and counseling conducted by the institute.
