HTET 2020 is going to be held on January 2 and 3, 2021. Know important guidelines and instructions released by BSEH for candidates appearing for the exam.
HTET 2020 is going to held on January 2 and 3, 2021. The purpose of the exam is to check eligibility of the candidates willing to work as primary teacher (PRT), trained graduate teacher (TGT) and postgraduate teacher (PGT) in schools run by Haryana State Government. BSEH has already released HTET admit card 2020, candidates can download admit cards from the official website of HTET or BSEH website. Board has requested candidates to read the instructions given in HTET admit card.
HTET 2020 Exam Day Guidelines
Here candidates can have a look at the important guidelines relating to HTET 2020:
- Candidates must carry the printed copy of the HTET admit card, the photo in the admit card must be in color instead of black and white. Remember, candidates must ensure that the admit card is printed along with a coloured photograph on it.
- Candidates must carry the same photograph which was uploaded during application to the exam centre.
- Candidates must reach the exam centre two hours and ten minutes before the commencement of exam so that all the pre-exam formalities such as frisking, IRIS biometric can be smoothly carried out. No candidate will be allowed to take the exam without the pre-verification and biometric. Also, gates of the exam centres will be closed thirty minutes before the exam.
- Any request regarding changes in exam centre by the candidates will not be entertained by BSEH.
- Candidates are not allowed to carry any metallic element including ornaments, watch, camera, mobile phone, charger, bluetooth devices, earphones, purse, log table, health band, electronic gadgets, plastic pouch, printed paper, written paper chit inside exam centres. Also, there will not be made any arrangements for the candidates to keep their belongings.
- Married candidates are allowed to wear mangal sutra, bindi and sindur. Baptized Sikh candidates can also carry their religious symbols to the exam centres.
- Candidates must be careful while downloading the HTET admit card, there are two parts of the admit card, one part is centre copy and the other part of candidates copy. Both the part must be printed out in color with coloured photograph.
- All those candidates whose admit card is on hold need to check with the guidelines and need to provide required documents to download admit cards accordingly. In most of the cases, their photos or thumb impressions are not as per states norms.
- Physically handicapped or blind candidates can avail scribes following the proper procedure.
- As the exam is going to be held amid the pandemic, candidates need to be very careful. Candidates are advised to maintain social distancing, wear face masks and carry hand sanitizer to frequently sanitize their hands. Carefully read all other guidelines relating to the exam provided on the HTET admit card.
