What is LIC ADO exam?

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) invites online application for LIC Apprentice Development Officer (LIC ADO) every year. LIC is the most valued government-owned insurance company in India. LIC ADO is a very good opportunity for those individuals who want to make a career in the insurance sector. An LIC ADO will be responsible for selecting individuals as Life Insurance Agents and supervising their overall performance. The online exam is conducted at the national level. LIC ADO Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates need to fulfill the LIC ADO eligibility 2025 to appear for the exam. Have a look at the eligibility criteria below in terms of age limit and educational qualifications-

LIC ADO Age Limit

The age of a candidate applying under the general category must be between 21 years and 30 years.

As per the official notification, candidates from other categories and with relevant experience in other fields will enjoy age relaxations in compliance with LIC India norms.

LIC ADO Educational Qualification:

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline can apply for LIC ADO exam.

Experience:

Applicants should have work experience in the relevant field, requisite experience details have been given below:

LIC ADO Personal Interview

All the successful candidates in the mains exam will be called for the personal interview. The maximum mark for the interview is 37. The final LIC ADO merit list would be prepared aggregating marks obtained in the mains and in the interview stage.

Medical examination: Medical examination of the shortlisted candidates will be done before joining the service. Candidates must prove that they are medically fit to join the service.
