The BCECE counselling for BSc Nursing will begin in August 2026, after the result announcement. Initially, a seat matrix will be released for BCECE nursing admissions. - Release of Seat Matrix: Candidates must check the seat matrix before exercising the choice filling. Students belonging to the General category are advised to participate till 5000 rank in the counselling. The BCECE seat matrix will be released after each round of counselling for the BSc nursing programme. They can even fill other allied courses in addition to the BSc nursing programme.

BCECE BSc Nursing Choice Filling and Seat Allotment
- Choice Filling and Option Locking: After registration, students can choose the colleges and courses they like. They can choose as many colleges as they want. There is no limit on the number of choices. The choice filling for Round 1 will start in August 2026.
- Seat Allotment Result: The seats will be given based on the student’s rank, category, and choices. Seats will be allotted in many rounds. There will be three rounds of counselling to fill all empty seats. The result for Round 1 will be announced in the same month.

BCECE BSc Nursing Document Verification & Reporting
- Document Verification: Students must upload clear scanned copies of all required documents (like admit card, rank card, caste certificate, etc.). The caste/category certificate must be in the correct format given by the state government. The conducting body will also tell which date the certificate should be issued on. Students should keep all documents ready before the time to avoid problems later.
- Institute Reporting: Selected students must go to the allotted college with all original documents for final admission. If a student does not go to college within the given time, they will not be allowed to take part in the next counselling rounds. Reporting to the college will happen separately for each round. After one round is completed, the next round will start.
