ICAR AIEEA PG 2025 Application Form: Correction Window, Registration Link, Fees and Documents

The ICAR AIEEA exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), which is a well-known body responsible for organizing several major entrance exams in India. NTA is responsible for a transparent, computer-based exam process and for managing all aspects, from application, admit card release, conducting the exam, and result declaration. The ICAR AIEEA PG counselling process commenced on October 14, 2025,  at 2:00 pm onwards, to complete the counselling and choice filling process for all counselling rounds. Round 1 of the counselling process was scheduled on October 23, 2025,  for the seat allotment process, and the end date of the round 1 counselling process was October 29, 2025.

The ICAR AIEEA exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), responsible for conducting several major entrance exams in India. NTA ensures a transparent, computer-based exam process while conducting the ICAR AIEEA Exam and also tries to manages all aspects, from application, admit card release, conducting the exam, and result declaration.

Candidates who are going to appear for the ICAR AIEEA 2025 exam is conducted online in a computer-based format. This format is used for both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and helps students from all over India to participate for equal opportunities. During the ICAR AIEEA Exam, candidates should have access to a computer to answer multiple-choice questions. 

The ICAR AIEEA counselling process is conducted in online mode. All the selected candidates who qualified the exam, only they are eligible for the ICAR AIEEA Counselling Process. 

Candidates need to fill in their course and college preferences, and upload all the important documents. Based on seat availability, merit the seats are alloted to the selected candidates during the counselling process. Once a seat is allotted, students need to submit the seat acceptance fee and verify their documents. It is suggested to all candidates to keep all documents ready beforehand.

The correction window was open between June 7 and June 9, 2025. No one is allowed to make any corrections after the correction window is over. Therefore, all the students do the corrections within the timeline. Exam officials allow this opportunity to those who do not want their application to be rejected. 

The ICAR AIEEA 2025 exam was held on July 3, 2025. They had to bring a valid ID Proof and their admit card on the day of the exam. Once the exam is completed, all the selected students are called for the ICAR Counselling process. Those who qualify for the ICAR exam are eligible for the further admission process.

Candidates declared eligible for registration and choice filling for online counselling by ICAR will only be considered for allocation subject and the Agricultural University. The schedule for online counselling is notified separately on the ICAR website, after the declaration of result. The admission and scholarship will be granted only when the candidate wish to get admission through counselling process, which is held by ICAR AIEEA 2025 and shall be awarded only after the completion of Online Counseling.

Students from other states are allowed to appear for the ICAR AIEEA exam. Students should get atleast 40 per cent to be eligible for the ICAR exam as per their course. It is important to go through the ICAR AIEEA eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. 

The end date to submit the ICAR AIEEA application form was June 5, 2025. Students had to complete their forms before the last date. Also it is mandatory to pay their fee before the end date. Once the end date is over, they can not appear for the ICAR AIEEA entrance exam. 

There is no provision for direct nomination for admission through ICAR in any Master’s degree programme without qualifying in the ICAR AIEEA (PG) examination.

For postgraduate studies, the ICARPG Scholarship shall be awarded to limited candidates based on merit in this examination as per their overall merit rank and seat availability in different disciplines. Also, the eligible admitted students may be awarded NTS(PG).

Applicants who face issue that different question paper is displayed on their computer screen in the examination, then they need not worry and immediately inform the investigator or the superviosr who has duty in the exam hall. 

The authority will do the needful to get this issue rectified ASAP. In case if the question paper starts then applicants need to ask for more time from the authority and complete the paper as per time allotted. 

Candidates who will be declared eligible for registration and choice filling for counselling by ICAR will only be considered for allocation of subject and the Agricultural University. There is no provision for direct nomination for admission through ICAR in any Master's degree programme without qualifying in ICAR AIEEA (PG).
